Whats up with ONLY this McDonald's that they can't make your food in time so 50% of customers have to pull forward to wait on their food? That process is fraught with error. Numerous times they try to deliver the wrong order to the line of cars. Get it together!

Sub par at best. Trying to be fair here. The bathroom is absolutely unacceptable. This is the second time in a week that I've been to this store and both times I used self order and both times it was out of receipt paper. How would I know my order number if I don't have a receipt..?
Franchise or not, McDonald's shouldn't allow owner operators to keep their stores in this condition.

I just have to say this McDonald’s was awesome food was hot and fresh we were catered to it’s rare in fast food to get the service we received from all the staff especially the manager Maurice who was working as hard as they were and with a smile! Thank u Maurice for showing us a reason to leave this review

I did a mobile order and somehow it still got “lost”. No one behind the counter knew what was going on or even attempted to fix it. But a young lady, Admire helped us and kept a beautiful smile on her face, was apologetic (even though it wasn’t her fault) and was just simply gracious. We were pretty mad during the experience, but she absolutely changed our tune!

The bathroom needs attention. There is a tiny trash can to throw paper towels away. It could be more pleasant in general in the appearance of the bathroom.
The food and service were both good/what I expected.
Sat in line with 1 ordering in other lane. Made me wait while the took cars from the other lane that came after me

Food is ok, just like any other McDonald's in this world. The problem is have is they took out the fountain drinks so now you have to wait for your order just get your drink. Hopefully youre not thirsty when you arrive. Also when you want a refill you have to stand there at the counter and get ignored by no less than three employees before someone finally comes up and then acts like you insulted their mom by asking for a refill. Then the cherry on top is when you specifically say you had a coke they give you a diet coke out of spite cause they think you won't take a sip until after you leave the building.

I told the window people it was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE i had ever received from a McDonald's and thanked them for their very friendly, attentive customer care. They were very busy, yet the line moved quick, and our food was actually fresh, hot, correct.
