I told the window people it was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE i had ever received from a McDonald's and thanked them for their very friendly, attentive customer care. They were very busy, yet the line moved quick, and our food was actually fresh, hot, correct.

Bad experience. Oatmeal was almost solid water . Breakfast burrito was improperly made fell out when eating . Had to have them correct a hash brown they miss counted . Was not a good experience.

Very rude. Ordered online like I have many times before employees are trained to make mobile orders before the food “wouldn’t be available”, I drive all the way there to get it just for them to tell me I cannot get my food because breakfast time has passed. I got no compensation not even my drink, no apology, and no instant refund. I have worked in food service for years myself and my companies would not be this unprofessional. Countless times I have gotten my food passed the 10:30 mark sh!t was ridiculous and flat out disrespectful. Wasted my time and my money and got nothing in return!! Would not recommend this mcdonald’s as this is not the first time dealing with rude and unprofessional employees even with the managers!! Half the time the store isn’t even clean and they won’t even take your order.

Order was wrong. Soda was not filled, fries were cold. Was yelled at for returning cold fries. Worker Argued they couldn't be cold. Ileft there upset and was not given fries or refund. I will never eat at that restaurant again.
