Waited way too long in the lines, I got a mcdouble meal. I got the middle section of a big Mac bun as the bottom bun

This mcdonald's is constantly screwing up orders took my food back this last time to get it corrected and re made because im NOT eating cold food and their lazy ass employees refused to re make it because God for bid they actually do their job and do it the right way. No wonder why there working there because there lazy

McDonald's is way too expensive so if you want to put a burger in your stomach and some fries and a Coca-Cola this is the place to go.
I ordered through the drive-thru and gave them a code for free fries. The code didn’t go through and they told me to refresh it. I can’t refresh it because they already accepted it. Still wanted me to pay for fries even with their mistake. Just take the fries off. I just drove away. No more!

Teenaged son at here with friends two weeks ago, came home and got stomach flu.
I figured he could have gotten it anywhere and had it a few days.
We got my 5yo daughter a happy meal from there yesterday and she woke up puking everywhere.
Idk what they're doing, but it isn't enough.
Basic hygiene and not getting people sick shouldn't be a problem.

They constantly forget about my drinks or give me the wrong one, they're rude when I politely tell them they got it wrong, they get my order wrong and complain when I bring it up. I only go here because it's closer but man, do better.

Honestly, McDonald’s do better. Me and my girlfriend go in there and customer service was rude the place was dirty foot mud prints all over the floor.
Service is very poor I have gotten mean looks talk too crazy and forgotten certain foods that I've ordered nasty attitude and employee was eating in the window while serving me management needs to improve employee attitude in certain people should not work there if they can't control themselves
I'll take starving to death over waiting for a cheeseburger at this place.... It is by far some of the worst service of any McDonald's in the history of this planet.... If you order a single cheeseburger they'll make you pull over to the side and wait to bring it out.... Usually I'm the one that greet these people and say hello how's it going and not the other way around. When I finally do get my food and I'll say have a good day it's usually to no response on their part. Just waiting and praying for the day they close this dump and bulldoze it. Rather see a Chick-fil-A here.Their customer service is unmatched. It's like this McDonald's they only hire the worst of the worst people to work at this place. There hasn't ever been a time where it's been good service or good food. Hard pass

Wheelchair accessibility: They do not and never accommodate wheel chair they need to seriously fix that problem it's really hard for wheel chair or people with disabilities like that to enter the entrance and leave after dining in.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and when I got to the window was informed that they did not have breakfast sauce. They asked me if I still wanted the sandwich and I said yes and I would go to a different store and get one that had sauce on it for my wife, and then they asked me if I wanted another sandwich to make up for them not having what they advertised and I said no, then both the girl at the window and one of the other girls who was filling orders got an attitude and verbally expressed it as they were slamming the drive-through window closed. The black lady said ‘ ewe’ out loud.
I understand that they may be frustrated, but that is not what a corporate store should be advertising as good service and as acceptable behavior.
