Horrible drive through service. And whoever the manger with the dreds is… should reconsider working in customer service if he isn’t out to help customers or have any knowledge of the company and or its policies.
And the sack of potatoes of a blonde manager w no neck .. should learn to train employees and not just sit there and let their managers scream at customers.
I had to give a star to leave a comment or they wouldn’t get even one! This location is horrendous! They are rude and clearly are unhappy with their jobs. I haven’t seen one person in this location that should be in customer service!! I do know how employees should conduct themselves when dealing with the public as I own a restaurant at the lakes. THE PRICES POSTED ON THE DRIVE-THRU SIGN ARE INCORRECT. I placed an order for an Egg McMuffin Meal which was priced at $4.89 (plus tax). At the window, they wanted to charge me $5.45 (plus tax) When I questioned the price, I was told the posted prices were corporate prices. They said they could not change the prices on the sign. That is false advertising.

Despite a nearby McDonald's with ordering issues, this location satisfied a customer's craving for McGriddles. The restaurant can be loud and overwhelming at times, so it is best to visit when it is less busy. It is a kid-friendly place with a fun play area, and they also offer options for dietary restrictions, such as unsalted fries, caffeine-free sodas, and fruit cups. The venue appears wheelchair accessible, with enough space for strollers and wheelchairs, provided chairs are not misplaced.
