I got to say this is the first time in a very very very very very very long time have I ever ordered a cheeseburger or whatever it was still a cheeseburger and it was actually warm it was made right it was it was actually perfect I could not believe believe it so if I could give him more than five stars today I would I was very very impressed it was prompt friendly and great service with good food today I was very impressed big improvement keep it up Hi-5 McDonald's

Got a coffee to go and waited 10 minutes. Tried to get people attention and the workers looked at us but no one acknowledged or responded. Would give a 0. They weren’t that busy.

Very busy. Staff hustled and had orders done pretty quickly. Food quality was as good as any McDonalds and better than most. Staff was pleasant. Restrooms were clean. Dining area was clean

Order was correct and food was great. The lobby is comfortable with different seating options(I picked the large leather sofa) and there's even a McDonald's Playplace! Not many locations still have one compared to years ago, if you have kids and dont mind them running through the tube's this would be the location to visit.

Food is about what you expect from mcdonalds. However there are fruit flies flying around in the lobby. I hate to imagine whats back in the kitchen. Floors are unswept, and tables are not clean. I even came when they were slow.

Every time I come here the wait is so long for years it’s been like this. Yall needa lock in and create a system that works for your employees to get things done more efficiently cuz atp it’s embarrassing for the managers here.

Early morning McDonald's, is a challenge. Drive through... but I go there for the Steak egg and cheese bagel... good stuff,, ask for extra suace.. line can be long, but their pretty quick.

Here's a thought. Throw in your change into the McDonald's House. I think they would appreciate it.

The play area in this place is absolutely disgusting looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months I come here time and time again expecting maybe itll be clean and nope same cob webs and stains as before, my child mentioned to me inside the jungle gym looked like poop and was trash inside and gum. Also to other parents please handle and deal with your children while here its not a get free card to let your kids misbehave and act crazy my kids couldn't enjoy their food or play because of all the routy, rude kids acting up while parents were face deep into their phones with ear buds in not paying attention... also kids climbing all over trash cans, the shoe rack, tables as people are trying to eat.

Worse experience ever in this restaurant today. Stopped for 2 iced coffees and a fry and to use the restroom in our travel today. There were more than 5 employees visible during our wait taking care of trash, making fries and the manager on duty Ashkey was stocking sauces. Stood there for 17 minutes before the fry guy asked our order number. Apparently the drink machine was being cleaned and no one bothered to let us know. When I asked for a refund at 22 minutes past the order time stamp Ashley was snippy about it and that's when she told us someone should have let us know when we ordered... which they clearly had not. Uninspiring service and total lack of customer service in the restaurant with employees not seeming to care or aware of people standing and waiting for their order. Didn't think it was that complicated to be aware of your surroundings and be concerned for customers. Would not recommend stopping at this restaurant!
