Walked to McDonald's with my kids on 1/29/25 they were so short staffed the lobby was closed. A few minutes later a young lady told us we could come inside and they let us use the play place. Tonia and the staff there try so hard when it comes to the customers

McDonald's is a great place to take your kids out to. BUT it can be loud and overwhelming at times. It's best to go when they're not as busy.
Dietary restrictions: If you have heart problems you can get unsalted fries here. They also have caffeine free sodas and fruit cups.
Kid-friendliness: It is a kid friendly atmosphere BUT at times it is not sensory friendly. It is best to go at their least busiest time if you want a calm atmosphere that's not to loud.
Wheelchair accessibility: From what I can see via with strollers this place is wheelchair accessible. As long as people don't put chairs in the wrong place you can usually navigate this place with wheels.

I ordered lunch through the app. The drive thru was packed so I went inside. There were literally 3 people in front of me. After waiting 15 minutes and no one getting their food I asked if someone was making the dining room orders. With a nasty attitude I got a yes, she's working on it.....she was not. After another couple minutes the person actually started making the dining room orders. There were bad attitudes and extremely slow service. Thanks guys for making me late to work after lunch because I had to wait 20 minutes for my sandwich and fries. AND on top of it all I got fries that looked like they had been sitting for over an hour under the lights. Very, extremely pathetic service.
