Takes half an hour for ANYTHING. Multiple visits as it's close by but the wait times are insane.

Ordered and paid online, waited over 30 minutes for my food still didn’t get it. Employee brought me the wrong food bags three times. I watched over 20 cars that came after me leave with their food, and I’m still waiting. Worst customer service.

Thursday at 7PM its not even that busy and have been at a standstill for nearly 20 minutes so far. This is completely normal for this mcdonalds..... maybe train better or hire staffing if thats what's needed. This is a joke. I used to work at McDonald's and our leadership would have had a heart attack. Im embarrassed for you and I literally Crack jokes about speed of this resteraunt all the time because it blows my mind. Had to add more news. Got to the speaker and they told me they were closed unless I had a mobile order. Hilarious!! You can't make this stuff up! Go for the laughs!

Lacking in customer service. Employees never say please or thank you. When I brought up the lack of custmer service I got a eye roll. Rude!!

I've spent long enough biting my tongue on this. I'm not one to dogpile on an establishment for a minor hiccup or two, but the ineptitude of this location has reached such a blaring crescendo that I have to throw my hat into the ring for this one, because this is just abominable.
If the hours on your door say your dining room closes at 10 PM, why are the doors locked at 9 PM? There was one instance where this had happened and there were a myriad of other folks inside the restaurant (A few of which were let in personally by an employee), yet when I attempted to come in for like two minutes, I was locked out. You cannot expect me to believe that group of people, like, rented out the place or something.
I really, REALLY hate having gripes about mistakes in an order, and most of the time I choose not to say anything at all when they happen, but... there are times where I'll order two of something (I.E. a set of McNuggets) and I will only get the one. I'm paying for two of something and I only get half of it. This has happened three times now.
I almost didn't write this review if not for the fact that I was yet again locked out of the restaurant before the dining room closes at 10 PM (The order kiosks were still open and everything. Why bother?), so I pulled into a pickup spot and placed an order. Again, I hate nitpicking, but I asked for no ice in my drink and there was one single cube of it in there. That doesn't happen on accident, that is full-on purposeful. It's like they knew and chose to slip a cube of ice in it just to screw with me.
Couple that with the man who gave my food to me, who may as well have just thrown it at me with how fast he'd dropped it into my car. The service here is reprehensible and I have next to no clue why I even bother giving y'all a second chance. It'd be far less of a hassle to drive down to the location on East Dupont because at the very least they're nice.
I don't expect much, if any, from a McDonald's, but do better.

After many times having problems with the same person that works in the morning, I am now complaining.Never, do they ever get the sandwiches correct !They give us hash browns that tastes like they're really old.Their drinks sometimes we get them.Sometimes we have to ask for them.It's crazy there.I don't know who the young guy is.He's a young black man.That's there that opens up the store.But he is the only one we've ever had problems with the frappuccino Machine never works when he's there , But it works when other people are.I don't know what's going on.But we are so disgusted with that place right now.It's unreal !!!!!

They took the biscuits and gravy off the menu and don't serve it anymore. Very disappointing. I will not be coming here anymore. Whoever is running this place needs to stop screwing with the menu all the time.
