I eat here after lunch and while it's food is passable as a McDonald's store usually is the wait times and service are HORRIBLE. I work a drive through and can tell they need to work on a lot. Sometimes I sit at the speaker for moments before I even hear anyone check in to let me know there is a wait. Wait can take up to 20 minutes, if there are more than two cars I will pass it by. The only saving grace is the food is usually hot when I get it from here. More than can be said about other McDonald's locations

I LOVE McDonald's. Ever since I was a child, it's been one of my favorite places to eat. The Big Mac is so good. There are no better french fries on earth and their diet coke is better than anyone else's.

Went here on my lunch break, ordered the person was rude and short acted annoyed that I was there, I ordered a large drink got a medium, didn’t complain bc I just wanted to eat my lunch but they were out of syrup for my Medium drink was just carbonated water anyways.

Google says they have dine in but they do not. Caused a huge issue with the child I was working with. Edit on 11/14/24 Worst customer service, could not possibly have made my job working with disabled individuals any harder if they tried. Will never be back.
There is this really nice young kid, maybe 18. I was speaking with him maybe within the last three months. It was his first day and he was so nice and professional. He explained it was his first day and to bare with him. Now, everytime I go there, I pretty much get him. It is so refreshing to see young adults out there working and really killing it regardless of his title. He is going places if he puts the hard work in. He is so positive, patient, and really has a sense of urgency where most of the customer service/restaurant businesses are lacking. I don't know what your name is but, keep shining, keep caring because you are being noticed!
