The food was good but I had to stand first in line for 13 minutes and I seen the staff going out for smoke breaks and bathroom breaks a lot in my 15 minutes of being there and a lady stood at the counter wanting to order for a while now one helped her and I showed her how to order off the touch screen to order from.

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star. I usually get a coffee almost every morning because I love the taste and price. Today it was AWFUL. They gave me a coffee and forgot my whipped cream and it had black coffee grinds?? Throughout. Tasted so gross. Went through the drive thru again to have him remake it, he said “oh that does not look good!!” Like why would you serve it then. And then he crumbled up the receipt, remade it for me and it was still wrong! He forgot my cream and sugar. The line was way too long to go back again and I couldn’t drink it like that so I threw it away.

It's progressively getting worse. The A/C in the play place was blasting. I could feel the air blowing on my head. All the adults kept our jackets on. When we asked if they could shut off the A/C we were told it was broken. Again I had to show a receipt for what I ordered as various items were missing. This is only the third time.
Pulled into drive through at 3:48 got my food at 4:25 and that’s only because I went in to get it. What a joke. Should have went and ordered a three course meal would have gotten that food faster

Used the drive thru. Had to ask the guy to repeat himself because he was talking so fast and slurring his words. Got my food and the fries WERE COLD. The drive thru was a solid line around the building. How hard is it to serve warm fries? Ordered a coke and got a diet coke. Guess I will just start going to Culver's more often. They serve the food hot and they actually understand customer service. Any McDonalds manager wouldn't last a day at Culvers. And also McDonalds -you can take your kiosk and stick it.

I ordered on the kiosk and we had the food to go, the. Guy with the nails then proceeds to put the food on the tray as if we were eating inside, We tell him that we got the food to go, He walks over to the bags with a mean look and an attitude, he comes back with a bag and throws the food in the bag. Smooshing the sandwiches together to put in the bag, grabs the fries tightly picking it up causing the fries to fall out the box. I asked nicely if they didn’t handle the food the way he did. He gave me a mean look and continued to throw the food in the bag. I then proceeded to make it loud and known and asked if y’all are allowed to throw food in bags. The nearby employees just stared at me. I then turned and looked at the manager and told the manager. The manager apologized and asked if we would like another fry. And said he will talk to the employee, (the guy with the nails). I do not recommend going to this McDonald’s. I’ve had nothing but problems when I go to that McDonald’s. They throw your cheeseburger together not caring, submerging the burger in ketchup or mustard or onions. To look like a sloppy cheeseburger. Drive through is even worse. Lady at the first window having troubles to take your order. Do not go to this McDonald. Go the extra Mile to a different McDonald.
