I don't know what's going on, if there's terrible new management, because this used to be a good McDonald's. But tonight it took a solid half hour to get through the drive thru. Dozens of cars got out of line and left - I very much wanted to do the same but was boxed in. At this point, you're hardly even a functioning business. Do us all a favor and just close doors until you've resolved whatever the issue is.

I ordered online and when I got here, I received the worst customer service ever. There was a blonde woman at the register and I tried to talk to her and she completely ignored me when I would constantly repeat myself asking if they’ve completed my mobile order. This is the worst place to come to order food as they will ignore you and treat you horribly. Would never recommend anyone this store again, and will not eat from McDonalds ever again.

Made the mistake of doing a mobile order, thinking it would be quick. 20 minutes to get two McDoubles, 1 fry, and 2 pies. I always avoid this McDonald's, but decided to go because of how close it is. Not a good idea. Save yourself the headache, just drive to the one in Lima or near Leo. They always do a great job.

Horrible horrible horrible service on 11/13/25! My husband was stuck in line after paying for a large fry and drink for 25 minutes! 25 minutes!! He had to pull into a parking spot (his choice) to walk in to a filthy store to retrieve his order while employees just standing around! In the line he asked the cashier why the hold up and she said grillers/employees refusing to work! This is Poor management and hiring stupid lazy kids! Unacceptable! Managers do better! Parents teach your children work ethic! Not the first time this store takes forever nor dirty inside! Won’t be back at night time that’s for sure!

How the hell you're supposed to be considered a fast food restaurant but there was not a single person that stood at the register waiting for their order to be taken that didn't have to wait at least 5 minutes minimum for somebody to even acknowledge they existed. I don't know who the franchise owner or the manager is but they really need to get their stuff together. They have got to be the worst owner and manager of a McDonald's and that is saying a hell of a lot.
The absolute slowest McDonald’s in the city of Fort Wayne. I sat in the drive through for 10 mins (again) today. Once again I drove off after 10 mins and not 1 customer had been helped. I honestly do not know why this place is still in business. They have officially lost my business for life. I’ll get my coffee at Starbucks from now on. At least they try to offer fast service.

A McDonald's playplace! Seems to be a hard thing to come by anymore. The restaurant was clean and tidy on my visit, however my burger had everything on it even though the tag stated only cheese and ketchup. Womp womp. And I had to ask about my shake after 10 minutes and the worker had it just sitting at the shake machine the whole time🥴 womp womp part 2. Not the best McDonald's experience.

The food was good but I had to stand first in line for 13 minutes and I seen the staff going out for smoke breaks and bathroom breaks a lot in my 15 minutes of being there and a lady stood at the counter wanting to order for a while now one helped her and I showed her how to order off the touch screen to order from.
