The food was good but I had to stand first in line for 13 minutes and I seen the staff going out for smoke breaks and bathroom breaks a lot in my 15 minutes of being there and a lady stood at the counter wanting to order for a while now one helped her and I showed her how to order off the touch screen to order from.

It's progressively getting worse. The A/C in the play place was blasting. I could feel the air blowing on my head. All the adults kept our jackets on. When we asked if they could shut off the A/C we were told it was broken. Again I had to show a receipt for what I ordered as various items were missing. This is only the third time.

Took a while before I could order, but once I paid and waited for my food, a very nice and polite young lady who happened to be a well spoken and of African-American descent apologized for the wait and made sure my order was correct and had an amazing smile and seemed genuine. Only reason I had to mention her descent is cuz I never caught her name and she deserves to be rewarded for acting so professional and calm, when it was a very busy night there.
