This McDonald's takes about 10 minutes to even start talking through the drive thru speaker. 10 minutes for them to make it. They are so slow here EVERY TIME. They always have a bad attitude. The hash browns are always cold. I live in a small town and my McDonald's I usually go to takes 2 min total at the drive thru window AND to get my food. This McDonald's here is a pathetic excuse for a "fast" food place.

The employees are extremely rude! We had a mobile order and waited 10 minutes before arrive to pick it up. There was only one car in front of us and we still sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and when she finally answered all she said was it will be a minute. I said “I have a mobile order” so that I could pull up to the window and wait. She then said even more rudely that she said it would be a minute because they had a mobile order come in. Like yes thats probably mine. It’s 2 am with one other car and us and the car in front of us then sat at the window for 15 minutes then another 5 once u pulled up to the window. Not only that but then the food was wrong and the lady at the register was rude with everything that she said. I get it’s McDonald’s and it’s a bunch of 18 year old kids. But as a 19 year old kid I still have never met more rude and lazy people that don’t care about the job they are getting paid for. How are you overwhelmed by two cars in the drive thru and an order that’s only 3 sandwiches?

Traditional American fast-food hamburger chain. Cash & credit cards accepted. 24-hour drive-thru. I'm sure the food and atmosphere of this McDonald's is on par with nearly every other franchise outlet throughout the world, regional menu variations not withstanding.
However I didn't get to sample these due to extremely poor drive-through service late at night. Please indicate if only one of your drive-thru lanes is open after a certain time. And responding to customers rather than letting them sit in silence for 5+ minutes wondering whether you're actually open or not is also helpful.
Everybody has an off day and I remember how rude some customers can be. But differentiating between mutual misunderstanding and customer rudeness benefits everyone.
Vegetarian options: Some breakfast items. French Fries. Drinks.
Dietary restrictions: Inquire carefully.
Parking: Lots of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Kid & family-friendly

I went inside to see how much was left on a McDonalds giftcard I had today and the employee didn't know how to do that. In fact the girl didn't know how to do anything on the cash register. And so she got the manager and he himself didn't even know how to do that how to check the balanceon my McDonalds giftcard.Which is just sad. WORST SERVICE AT A MCDONALDS EVER! Do NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

By far slowest service will have u wait 10 min just to take ur order if they even acknowledge you over intercom better off going another McDonalds would still receive food faster than waiting at this location

1 guy cooking, 1 girl taking orders and the other guy was outside talking. Dont recommend coming on your break. Waited 30 minutes for my mobile order that i ordered 10 mins before arriving.
The service in drive thru is fast. I've had special orders on food and always correct. They are all nice and friendly! Would definitely go there again. They are always extremely busy...but fast and accurate in orders! Great job!

100% Thumbs down, If you happen to stop by the Bluffton, Indiana location, I wish you the best. My experience was terrible. Poor food quality. The food was barely warm, it was packaged poorly. Our French fries were old oil-soaked. I was brave enough to try some of them, and they were cold. I wanted to take them inside and get a replacement, but the doors were locked and they wouldn't let me in. The only thing hot around there was me and my temper. The drive-thru was a mile long. So again my hard-earned money was wasted on what I'd liked to call A rip-off! It's a shame the prices keep going up, but the food quality has not improved. I gave McDonald's in Bluffton a 2, and that's being kind. As far as the service, when the doors were locked and they saw me, I was ignored.
