We waited 15m in line on a Friday at 9:30pm and only two cars were able to advance. Employees standing in the locked lobby chatting, drive-through employee looked like she was in her phone. How does this place stay in business? We drove off.

Slow food. This is not fast food. This is the only place I ever have to leave the drive through for last of making and delivering the food in a timely fashio

Drive through was so slow! I got out of line and went inside. Had cash so waited a long time for someone to wait on me. They did say they were short staffed. This place is usually fast.

11/29 ordered at kiosk at 10:30am 1 McRib, 2 daily doubles, 2 medium fries. At 11:00am I’m still standing in the lobby along with 12 other customers waiting , 1 gentleman had ordered breakfast at 10:00 am. At 11:20 I asked how much longer? Where’s your receipt? I was asked. I presented it but it’s blank on both sides because the printer doesn’t work. So I had to show my online debit info to prove I had ordered. Finally at 11:30 I received my food. Opened it inside our vehicle, no tomatoes, proper onions on daily doubles , 1 small fry 1 medium fry 4 chicken nuggets and a McRib in the bag. Absolutely horrible horrible service!

Not bad for how busy they always are. One of the better McDonald's out there by far. Don't get mad if you have to wait as they are always busy and are working hard. Will wait longer if order online for pick up though.

As someone who works in fast food I get the struggle, but out of the 5 sandwiches I ordered only the big Mac had a pickle. One Pickle. No onions either, burnt burgers on every single burger and two of them weren’t even wrapped. Didn’t get the snack wrap I paid for, and even called 3 times, no one answered. Waited in the drive through for almost half an hour too. Genuinely the worst experience I’ve had someone give these employees some work ethic

25 minutes in the drive thru. Not a single apology. Coke was nothing but carbonation and they wouldn’t do anything to correct it. The kid at the window, when he wasn’t leaning against it resting or chatting with a coworker, couldn’t even speak when he did open the window. They want $20 an hour and work like this? Absolutely unacceptable. Oh, and our order was wrong.
