TODAY APRIL 12, 2024 I WAS SERVED MY LARGE CARAMEL ICE COFFEE WITH A ROACH/BUG FLOATING ON TOP. MANAGERS NAME CONNIE AND JACOB IMMEDIATELY REIMBURSED ME FOR MY COFFEE BUT NOT FOR MY SAUSAGE BISCUIT AND ORANGE JUICE. THE MANAGERS TRIED TO COVER UP THE FACT THERE WAS A LARGE ROACH IN MY ICE COFFEE. A POLICE REPORT WAS MADE WITH THE FWPD. REPORT #24FO41059. IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD.

Regularly wait 45+ min for food at curb side pickup, started using it after I’d wait 20 min in the drive through. Mid day isn’t bad but after 4:00 it’s gonna be an hour wait for a cheeseburger….

All I wanted was a bacon mcdouble add mayo and a 10 piece nugget meal. But I have no mayo on my burger, no ranch for my nuggets, and a tea so loaded with ice it's more ice then tea. The girl taking orders sounds like she hates her life and I had to wait longer then I should have in the drive through just to be missing items. AGAIN. Does anyone actually work here??

Do not apply her if you want the general manager to judge you and mipilate the situation that you were explaining why there was a work Gap in your history honestly don't tell people you're hiring for that position or all three positions and people apply for it and then you basically judge a mipilate the situation you know you don't do that to people very unprofessional very rude and very waste of my time hope they can get a better general manager up in there that can actually do their job she claims she's been there for so long but yet she acts like a judgmental unprofessional one which is not good for business or fast food restaurant

Tough to mess up a McDonald’s order. But they do. Every time.
I would advise using one of the other much better McDonald's in Fort Wayne. Terrible customer service at this location! This McDonald's used to be good a few years ago. Lately every time I stop it's nothing but issues. One time I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru and there was only two cars ahead of me. Another time I waited for almost 10 minutes for them to take my order and nobody ever come on the intercom. And now that most recent visit today. I pulled up at the drive-thru. And the lady told me that they were only taking doordash orders. She would not take any other orders even though they were open, only door dash. Never heard of that before. I guess it's time to never go here again.

Seems to me that if there is unintelligible sound coming from the speaker, placing your order at the window should be an option, especially when that option is offered on a sign next to the speaker. We just wanted a milkshake. But it's ok. McDonald's forced our first ever visit to Starbucks. It was yummy. Thanks.

SLOW!!!Waited in the drive thru for 1 hour for 2 McDoubles. This McDonald’s is absolutely ridiculously slow, this isn’t “fast” food. I wish I was exaggerating. I’ve never been to a slower McDonald’s in my life.
