Ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg meal and when asked what I would like to drink, I told them coffee with cream. They wound up upsizing to a medium coffee and surcharging 40 cents. Feels like a bait and switch.

Service is horrible. Needs to improve wait times drastically. Waited 30 mins for hotcakes ordered online. People kept saying we’re waiting on your hotcakes. Hotcakes are not that unusual where it should take that long. Multiple other long waits. Nobody stays on task to complete orders.

Horrible horrible horrible service on 11/13/25! My husband was stuck in line after paying for a large fry and drink for 25 minutes! 25 minutes!! He had to pull into a parking spot (his choice) to walk in to a filthy store to retrieve his order while employees just standing around! In the line he asked the cashier why the hold up and she said grillers/employees refusing to work! This is Poor management and hiring stupid lazy kids! Unacceptable! Managers do better! Parents teach your children work ethic! Not the first time this store takes forever nor dirty inside! Won’t be back at night time that’s for sure!

Not impressed with this McDonald's on a Sunday Morning. Not at all.
Entered the drive-thru about 10:00 am for a breakfast sandwich and a beverage. The drive-thru line was pretty long (like, 8-10 cars deep), then I noticed why. You know that sign at McDonald's that says "Any Line. Any Time." Apparently that's not the case because they had the outer drive-thru line blocked off.
I then noticed 2 or 3 other customers who parked and tried to walk into the restaurant, only to find the doors locked. Apparently they were throttling the customer flow to only one drive-thru lane, and That. Was. It. No inside dining this morning. There wasn't even a sign posted on the doors stating the dining room was closed. The doors were simply locked.
To their credit, the drive-thru was at least moving, albeit slowly. Yes, it took about four times longer than usual, but at least our orders were accurate.
I think it's fair to say that this is not standard practice, but I do have to wonder why they curtailed their service to such an extreme.

It's McDonald's. The food was good, says my kids. But the dine in service was very slow. In contrast, the drive-through lines were moving way faster than dine in line. I was disappointed. I'm not sure if they were short staffed that night. Lately, this location has been closing the dine in area. Hopefully, that will change. Mind you, I only come here a once or twice a month.

Lobby closed at 3 pm on a Sunday? Still taking pickup orders through the app? 1 hour wait in the drive thru, no option to cancel the order after it's placed. Thanks McDonald's, very cool!

This has got to be the rudest McDonald's I've been to and I've been to alot as I've traveled around . I was getting my app to finish the payment out cause my order was on mobile only . It was maybe 13 seconds after I told the lady that I needed a minute she comes back on says says I can't hear you turn your car off are you ready yet are you ready yet what's taking you so long I said I'll go somewhere else cause tone and way she spoke was very rude . After I said that she said by as in don't let the door hit ya on way out . Just very rude . So In stead of getting a 30$ breakfast order I was gonna do I had to go to subway where people were more friendly. Also payed less. My suggestion is if you want good service and food it's best to avoid this particular McDonald's. Of course I'll up date if that ever changes but not sure it will .

I only gave a one-star rating for the simple fact that I had to at least give one star in order to even be able to post a review this was by far in the 48 years that I have been alive this was absolutely the worst McDonald's that I have ever stepped foot in my son and I had ordered to McDonald's in a large caramel frappe my son and I chose to go inside due to the fact that drive-thru was double lane wrapped around the building we were the only two people at the counter for about 7 minutes before we was able to get anybody's attention to even order our food after ordering our food it was approximately another 25 minutes before receiving our food only to get out to the truck to realize they didn't even give us any napkins so McDonald's I tell you this you suck not only do you suck but you are extremely slow if I wanted to wait another half hour I most definitely would have made you refund my money definitely a thumbs down
It was alright food meat seemed to have been sitting awhile on my double cheese burger they could have used a lot less ketchup and mustard as well dripping off my sandwich

I don’t get egg McMuffins often, but almost 50% of the time that I have, I find egg shells in my sandwich. I respect that they seem to be using real eggs but come on. Can we find a way to keep the shells out of the food??

All tables were dirty at 1:00pm and no one ever cleaned them. Staff would not come to register to take my order so HAD to use kiosk which is not hard but you can’t add Big Mac sauce to an order thru kiosk. Fries were cold and limp. Two employees checked while we were there but no one ever came to clean the tables. Men’s bathroom needed attention too.
