Where do you find these people? Every time I get food it's like I have to sit in the drive-thru and pull apart my burger to make sure they put some ingredient on there. And you guys are asking for $15 minimum wage? smdh this is why AI will replace you.

update 2: 10-19-25 waited 20 minutes to get two burgers missing all of the ingredients. as I was waiting another person pulled up angrily, probably because their food was wrong.

Firstly they got an attitude with me cuz I asked them to make my double quarter pounder fresh secondly I think it's still mooing how do you undercook a quarter pounder when all you got to do is press a button The freaking stove cooks it for you and times it You change it from quarter pounder to regular meat it's not hard to cook a burger at McDonald's All you got to do is press a button I repeat button but listen guys this is a whole new meaning to can you make my food fresh this thing came out still mooing
fire everybody here. 9 out of 10 times my order is wrong. when the order is right it's poorly made. like somebody blindfolded made it. got your special mccrispy and there's literally 1 drop of honey mustard. I feel scammed every time I leave this property

This place likes to follow customers into the bathroom because a kid told them a man went into the restroom I get me being trans and everything can be unsettling to people but the fact you have your employees follow me to the restroom because of a damn kid and when I tried asking for a manager the employees upfront wanna look at me funny and when I call asking for a manager to get the number for corporate they basically hung up on me but when I had my wife called they talked to her so if you like being followed and harassed in the bathroom this is the place to go so hope like I get nobody knew I was trans or anything in regards but it’s the fact you guys followed me and knocked on my stall while using it I get safety and stuff but that just rubbed me the wrong way especially how the employees handled it including the manager but I talked to corporate so

I order on line for curbside pickup. My order didn't have any straws for my drink. Im disabled otherwise I would have went into the store and grabbed a couple straws. But I called on the first time. Manager said she would have somebody out with straws and there was no apologies. 10 minutes later I call back . This time the manager was rude said she would send somebody out as soon as she could and if I wanted to come in and get the straws I could. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me

Purchased food thru drive-through. I have been purchasing fish sandwiches from many McDonald's locations for years & FOR YEARS McDonald's seldom ever gets the sandwich right. The fish is more often than not half way on the bun with the lower half of bun having no fish on it at all. In other words the fish is hardly ever centered on the bread correctly. After showing the manager the sandwich after checking my entire purchase before leaving, he should have insisted on replacing the sandwich. He stood there like an idiot as if he was dumbfounded & I left. Personally, I like the flavor of McDonald's fish sandwiches, but poor service can make you loose your appetite!!!! They need MAJOR IMPROVEMENT IN MANY LOCATIONS & IT IS TERRIBLY DIFFICULT TO REACH CORPORATE FOR COMPENSATION!!!!
