Waited almost 45 minutes for food the first person at the window didn't answer the window to take or money went to second window had to pay there got our food and it was cold not even warm and made absolutely sloppy as could be too much lettuce got 2 big Mac's and 10 piece nugget all was trash my husband is furious for it being our Valentine's meal what a waste of money

I came here to get something to eat after leaving school and when I got my sandwich I almost took a bite just to see a long piece of hair(not mine) in the middle of my sandwich. Now I have to take time out of my day to eat somewhere else. Highly unsatisfied.

Normally don't have this box of an issue and we go there quite a bit. Got off work at 7 pm after 11 hrs, most in the cold, fighting off a cold, still freezing and exhausted. Went thru drive thru about 7:10 pm. Order 1/4 pounder meal A with no pickle, med fry, med coke amd a Mcdouble no meal. Pretty quick getting up to the window. Waiting a few for my food. Didn't check it, was tired and cold and just wanted to go home. I got the med coke, a sm fry. 25% accuracy. Called them, told them to bring it back with receipt and they'll fix it. I did, has to walk up to the window cause the doors were locked, forgot the receipt, thank goodness in only 2 minutes away. Get back at 7:49 pm, walk up to the window, asked the young man at the window why the doors are locked when your lobby hours on the doors say 9 and it's not even 8 yet. Said that's what time they start closing. I can bull crap on that one. Got my correct order at about 8:03, go home, everything looks good and they have me damn pickles that I asked to leave off. No coupe. Offered, no money back, no nothing. Never even spoke with a manager. Just some high school kids. Step your game up McDonald's. You still have a job to do
placed a mobile order an hour an a half before close. when i got there all the screens were turned off & they were closed. i got there @ 9:45pm. close time 11pm. this happens way to frequently. change your hours if you’re always gonna close early. still got charged even tho i cant get my food
