McDonald's really went down hill there food are mostly likely to be cold or French fries sit under warmer and then when you order 20or 40 piece chicken nuggets they are not hot or they only give you three sauces!!!

I mean let's face it McDonald's is no Ruth Chris steakhouse, but this has got to be THE single worst McDonald's in Fort Wayne. That's saying something too. The staff will look at you and walk right by you not ask you if you have a DoorDash or an order already placed on the app or if you would like to order. If I could give it negative stars I would!

About an hour ago we were in the Drive-Thru making our order however upon getting our food, it was a completely different order. Now it is completely understandable we may end up with food out of order and I believe this was the situation however when I called the manager, they only could accommodate if the receipt was with the purchase and it wasn't. Since cash was tendered, no other way could be authenticated.

This by far is the worst McDonald's in Fort Wayne Indiana. I would've given it 0 stars, but i had to give 1 star to review. I just left there the drive thru was packed. I tried to go in, was met by a sign saying the lobby is closed for today. It's 2pm how is this possible. Buyer beware don't go to any other McDonald's but this one.
Food is as should be for the most part, as always with McDonald's, CHECK YOUR BAG, to ensure your order is correct. Service is good, attitude from staff for the most part is good.
