I sat in the drive-through for nearly 30 minutes before finally reaching the speaker. With over 10 minutes before their closing time, I waited patiently at the speaker for another 10 minutes. To my surprise, they announced over the speaker that they were closing. I understand that they wanted to close, but it would have been more considerate to inform me sooner rather than wasting my time waiting.

I dont know what happened here but ther service absolutely sucks. You wait forever to order then they tell you to pull up to wait. They gave me a sprite and it absolutely tasted like garbage so i had to go back in to change it. Replace everyone with AI nobody can do their job right. Oh and i went back in to exchange my sprite and all their machines were down (and they knew that when they gave me my sprite from the start.) So when i went back in and didnt get my sprite, after the person checked the other soda machines- she just handed me my cup back and walked away. So the manager got called over and got pissed i wanted my money back. So they really just tried to rob me ….

Had to pee (at 6 pm) while waiting to pick up a DoorDash order, they closed the bathrooms at 6 pm and I got yelled at for walking in there AT 6 pm I’d like to say again. Who closes bathrooms at 6 pm?? Then yells at a woman for trying to use the restroom??
I hate this location Brian the shift lead is incompetent they really should do more vetting when hiring so rude so nasty what a bad experience

We waited over 30 minutes for our food. At that point we requested a refund. The manager was very rude to us and the gentleman who ordered ahead of us and had not received his food either!! The dining room was disgusting, it needed a good cleaning! That MOD needs to be fired immediately. Her poor team was put in a terrible position.
