I haven’t eaten a dinner meal there in a while and now I remember why. Everything just tastes like some sort of chemicals. They would be better off bulldozing all their restaurants and planting trees just to apologize to the world for all the damage they’ve caused. If I could give zero stars I would. They should be ashamed of themselves for the garbage they serve. I literally feel ill after eating half of what I ordered.

I walked down to this McDonald’s as I waited on my vehicle at Discount Tire. My experience exceeded my expectations so much that I wanted to take the time to write a review. First of all, my food was very fresh and absolutely delicious. Secondly, perhaps more importantly, I was surprised by the level of service. Not only did they easily accommodate the fact that I placed an order on my phone that defaulted to a drive-through pick up that I wanted to pick up in the store, they were very professional about it. Additionally, a nice lady walked through the tables to make sure everybody’s order was correct and to see if they needed anything. It was so refreshing to see somebody who cared about their job. I thought the store was very clean as well. I think that we all kind of just assume that deterioration of service and quality are to be expected in today’s world. But not at this store, not today.

Reviewing on behalf of my husband. When you have to be told several times for a simple order and then decide to cancel the order when the customer gets to the window, you shouldn't be working there. I have LITERALLY done your job and at NO time did I EVER cancel an order because a customer was FRUSTRATED with us the restaurant. It's not a glamorous job but if your attitude stinks there, it always will. You don't deserve a better job if you cannot handle that job. The better paying jobs have MORE responsibility.

We were waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru and when we got to the 2nd window we received some of our food. The quarter pounder was made wrong and ! had to ask for our drinks and then noticed we were missing a fry and a double cheeseburger. When we asked for that the young man was annoyed and gave us fries but told us to get a double cheeseburger we'd have to go back through the drive thru. We then asked to speak to manager and he said she doesn't want to talk to you and shut the window. He was absolutely rude and disrespectful. We heard her tell him to apologize but he just continued to say bro..bro..then she the manager came and apologized and gave us a sandwich. She said she'd deal with him but he was smirking and laughing at us as we drove away. Worst experience ever. He needed fired on the spot

This place is awful. We waited 30 minutes for our food and then our order was wrong and the young man working the window was rude and very disrespectful! I would suggest going to a different McDonald's.
