The past few times my husband or I have done a mobile order, we wait at least 15-20 minutes for it. The fries are never fresh, always stale. Tonight the sweet tea tastes like it’s unsweetened & the fries feel like cardboard in your mouth.

The food was standard Mcdonalds food. It came out warm but that was the only real plus. The drive through was extremely slow, and took roughly 20 minutes to get through (no joke). It was hard to navigate the two drive thru lines, and while people kept going past on the left, the right side was not attended to. I wouldn't recommend unless Chick-Fil-A was closed cuz it's a Sunday and Raisin' Canes was too long of a line.

McDonald’s is an easy, quick bite for the kids — they absolutely love the chicken nuggets. It’s convenient when you’re on the go, but be mindful of what you order since the calories can add up fast. One area that could really use improvement is the inside lounge; every time I visit, the floors, tables, and bathrooms could use more attention. The food is fast and familiar, but better cleanliness would make the experience much better overall.

The worst experience ever got wrong order waited for my food for over 20 minutes no customer service no politeness no kindness just gave me my food and clothes the window once received food it was the wrong order the manager proceeded to say give me the food back I gave you a refund but lady I didn't ask you for a refund I asked you for my food to be corrected because I was starving they're both was white I'm a black woman they started yelling and cursing at me I'll never come back to this McDonald's so I threw a cup of juice at the manager face. You don't disrespect me after I paid my money
