Not bad Customer service if you go through the drive thru, but if you try to go inside to order your food be prepared to be ignored like your invisible the workers will look at you & continue getting orders for drive thru customer's, Not sure what has happened with the world today but I was taught to at least acknowledge the customer even if your busy & say I will be right with you, But I guess times have changed & on my opinion Not for the BETTER!

This McDonald’s in the heart of the Midwest feels like a small-town gem, with a few regional touches that make it stand out. The first thing I noticed was how friendly the staff were. There’s something about Midwest hospitality that just feels genuine, and this place nails it. From the cashier greeting me with a smile to the manager checking in to make sure everything was good, it was a warm experience all around.

Some of the poorest, unfriendly service I've received. I understand you want people to use the kiosks. But to totally ignore those who just have a question, or don't know how to use the kiosks is abhorrent. I waited nearly 20 min for my meal, and watched as customers at the front counter were totally ignored by staff including the manager, without even an acknowledgement that they were there. Disgusting horrible customer service.
