I was served a cold meal and was refused to both a refund or replacement.
We ordered our food, and they had me pull ahead because the 3 cheeseburgers we ordered weren't ready. We waited for 25 minutes as 15-20 cars received their order. I asked the guy bringing out orders where our food was and he said he'd go check. I couldn't go inside because I had two toddlers in the car, so I waited 5 more minutes and called the store.
