Went in, ordered, and they took a ridiculous 40 minutes to get my food out. I left, was driving home, picked up my cup, set it down, and the lid flew off and the drink went everywhere. Absolutely pathetic. I’m never coming back. There were 20–30 people standing around in the back, and I literally watched someone drop fries on the floor and still put them back in the box. This place is a joke.

Currently at 40 minutes and still waiting in the lobby with over 10 other customers who have been here just as long. Staff is waiting on drive thru and not the lobby, where we have already paid for our food. Staff has been rude! The excuse for slow service is because they dont know where the managers are!!

Not one to leave a negative review but today's visit was the absolute worst. I ordered in the app I parked in the spot sat there for 25 minutes before going in. When I walked in there was a elderly man at the counter being ignored. I stood there for 5 minutes all the workers looked at us at the counter and kept talking. Tried talking to the manager on duty and he ignored me. Then I was informed that they just skipped over my order, but had the fries sitting out and half of my sandwichs when I got home I was missing 4 of my 11 items I ordered. Will not be returning her

Impressively bad. 20 minutes on a mobile order. The patties had obviously been in the warmer for hours, and the burgers were put together so poorly I could only laugh. Do better people.

Waited 25 minutes for watered down orange juice and the orange juice was served with ice in the cup and was only 3/4 filled. I have never had ice with my orange juice, that is cheating the costumer to have us pay more for less. When I told the lady we did not get our hash browns with our meal, she got really mad and handed us another bag. And as we drove off, I found out that it was somebody else's order with 2 extra sandwiches. This used to be such a great McDonald's.

Service was very slow. One worker was very rude and unprofessional. Maybe she was having a bad day. The play area was dirty and had a sign for the spilled juice but still had to ask to clean it up. There was no disinfectant wraps to clean the tables. Maybe it was a lack of employees but it was not a good time.
