The store is always cold and it's winter time, the manager Jose and his crew is rude and disrespectful, the order have been wrong, cooked too long and dried out. I don't understand how this is good service and atmosphere for customers and their kids

It's called fast food for a reason I ordered 2 cheeseburgers at 11:54 am and they instructed me to pull over to slot 3 where I wanted another 20 minutes before I received my food that is ridiculous for 2 flipping cheeseburgers very disappointing what is the point of going through drive through for fast food if it's not no where near fast??

Can't see $4.30 for 2 plain hamburgers! An you must feel like ppl who ordered inside are 2nd rate customers, as drive-thru gets their orders faster even if someone inside ordered way before them! McDonald's service quality has gone down hill so fast, Jack & Jill rolling down the hill couldn't compete!

Breakfast was so nasty I couldn't even eat it. Bacon was burnt, egg had brown strips & was hard, to top it off the biscuit tasted like nothing but flour. This is the second time & the absolute last!!

My carryout order was wrong. The quarter pounder was cold and dry. The poor manager was working his butt off for the drive thru. His staff enjoyed watching him. McDonald's is not what it used to be. I suggest going home for a PB&J.

I thought it was just an accident BUT NO…every time I go to this location the food is gross and I get charged for food I NEVER receive PLUS when someone does come on the mic to take my order they are laughing so hard I can not understand them….EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL…they need all new employees along with a new manager!!!!

My daughter got literally 5 fries in her happy meal and the other drive through Lane wouldn't answer for 3 minutes and after I drove to the lane a truck was waiting there for 5 minutes and still no one answered. The person taking orders on the one lane said someone was supposed to take over the the other lane and called someone to the other lane.

Ive been to this location about 7 times in total. It's a solid McDonalds, nothing will blow your socks off. Depending on the time you come it'll either be great, or average. Waiting times can be long but that's a given when its lunch or dinner rush.
