Food was the right temperature. Drive thru line moved at an OK pace. Person working the speaker acted like we were a burden on her day. Audibly sighed twice during the short interaction at the speaker. Wasn't pleasant in person, either. Guy at the food window was personable, though.

Employees this morning were extremely rude. Went up front to ask for something they forgot and the lady up front just gave me the rudest look. When I thanked her she seemed so annoyed that I simply asked for a sauce they forgot. Then when I realized they'd also forgot something else. Another employee was being pretty rude too, until my mom came in and thats when he started acting a little nicer. I already struggle with social anxiety. This was really aggravating.

Why is it that it says they open at 5am but everytime you come thru the drive thru in the morning that the lazy workers won’t even answer the intercom and make you sit there forever. Do better!

Sat in the drive thru for over ten minutes so decided to walk inside. There was a line of customers that haven’t been helped. All the employees are just looking at us. No greeting. No “be right with you” just blank stares. One even walked right past us making eye contact. Me and several others just left.

Fast service and great food. Only wish the fries were always more fresh so I never have to ask for fresh ones. Always seem like im bothering them. But i paid for the food so I should get it fresh everytime. No questions.

Stopped by this place on my lunch break and it was honestly a nice surprise. The food came out quick, fries were hot, and the burger had good flavor without being greasy. Staff seemed friendly and kept the place clean, even during the rush. Prices were fair for what you get. I’d definitely swing by again when I’m in the area

White Cloud Home Care Services

The female African American on duty this morning 10-5-25 was very rude to me on the phone when I called to let her know my order was wrong. She put me on hold twice for a long time time then told me to bring the food back, I explained to her I just got off 3rd shift and I’m exhausted but I can bring the food later she let me know she get off work at 11am I was in the middle of speaking and she hung up on me and never answered when I called back. This is unacceptable!

I placed an order for 2 Happy Meals through the app. After waiting over 25 minutes, I got home to find that not only were the orders incorrect (apples instead of the extra fries I requested), but the chocolate milk in my child’s meal had already been opened and was not full.

This is not just an error in service—it is a serious food safety issue. My child unknowingly drank from a container that had either been consumed from or tampered with. When I called the store to notify them, I spoke with the store manager, Brandon. His only solution was for me to pack my kids up, drive back, and exchange the milk. When I told him I wasn’t going to do that he told me to save the milk and bring it back another day for a new one….gross. I found his dismissive response unacceptable given the potential health risk involved.

Food that is unsealed or appears tampered with should never reach a customer, especially in a child’s meal. I am extremely concerned, both with the lapse in quality control and with the lack of seriousness shown by store leadership. Ridiculous wait time, our order was wrong, there were safety concerns and the customer service was atrocious. Never again, Burger King here we come!
