Dude!... Literally the worst McDonald's in the entire city. I was in a month ago and got cussed out by a little girl working the window just for asking if she was going to give my change back! I complained to the manager on duty and she said she would pass the message along to the now third general manager working the store. I drove by the other day and to my horror the same little girl that cussed me out was still working window for this particular McDonald's!! I called back that afternoon to talk to the manager to confirm if it was the same girl. I reiterated my story that happened a month ago and she told me that she did not hear about it. Apparently this happens so frequently that it's not even worth discussing there. after speaking with a manager on duty, I began to feel sorry for the management at this particular McDonald's do to the people that work there. Most of the unruly are high school age kids that don't have a clue! Will never go there again... Wong group...pay attention!!!!

Friday April 12, 2024 I ordered a large caramel ice coffee and received it with a ROACH/BUG floating in it. The Manager name CONNIE grabbed the coffee and told a employee to remake it. I refused the drink and requested my money back. CONNIE was very upset and told Manager name JACOB to only refund me for the coffee but not the Sausage Biscuit and Orange Juice. A Police Report was made by the FWPD REPORT #24FO41059.

I swear every time we go to this particular Mc Donald’s they are always rude trying to get you to hurry an order. They need some kind of customer services training. I try really hard Not to go to this particular Mc Donald’s. Today was another hot headed cashier who was mad because we chose to use our deal code. I mean if you don’t want to take orders, then the fast food industry is Not your calling. Food is decent most times but they always mess up my order. Just had to finally write about this place.

Ordered a curbside pickup and sat in my car waiting for almost 15 mins only to go inside and see my food sitting on the counter with employees standing around talking. Food is ice cold and soggy, someone needs to get in there and fire some people. This is so pathetic.

Ordered from the app less than 5 minutes away and my food with a Carmel frappe was ready no sooner than I pulled into the curbside parking space and turned my engine off. Fries were fresh and the frappe was delicious.

I went through the drive through of this McDonald's. I ordered a large fry and a large Dr. Pepper. I asked that my fry be cooked fresh. The guy who rang up the order specifically. Pressed the button that said cook to order. When I got them, they were cold and soggy so I went inside. I told them that I requested that they be cook fresh and I know that the guy put that on the thing but that they were cold and soggy. I asked if they would make new ones for me. At that point a huge lady came over, grabbed the fries dumped him in her hands told me "they are hot as hell". I told her they weren't, to which she proceeded to say, "what, do you want them dripping put the oil?". That lady was very rude and you could tell she was making everybody else very uncomfortable, including the other employees. She didn't even wash her hands after dumping a large fry in her hand just went on handling food. I also watched a guy who was given the wrong order at drive through bring it back in and then they handed it right our to the next customer.
