There was a sign placed that told us the drive through wasn’t available and it was. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. When we pulled up to both windows it smelled like straight marijuana and the workers were super disrespectful.

I hate McDonald's The only reason I deal with him is because my youngest eats their food I've been to this McDonald's twice in a row same girl I've dealt with She wasn't bad but she was young This visit I ordered a Big Mac no cheese She tried to have the cook take a big night that's been sitting there and take the cheese off of that one and use it I stopped them and not only know if they did or not cuz I couldn't see but I told her no make a fresh sandwich That's how much been sitting there and how do you know if my son is allergic to cheese. Store was dirty way too many people in there for the store to be dirty I don't care what time it is

So rude. They completely ignored me. I asked 5 times about 2 cups. And it took almost 30 minutes to make 2 burgers and 2 fries.
I needed to pay with cash, 2 people including a manager walked past me and made eye contact, then finally after waiting for 10 minutes. My food of 3 small items took 15 minutes and the place was empty no drive through line, I checked, they then proceeded to mess up my order smh and I had to go up and wait again to get it fixed

At the time of our visit (approximately 730pm), store was dirty. Dirty tables, dirty lobby floors, leaking urinal in men's restroom, out of any toilet paper in women's restroom. No sweet tea, even when we asked. Out of ketchup and refused us ketchup packets. Cold fries, cold chicken nuggets. Waited 20 minutes for food when we were literally the only people in the lobby.

They never get a order right I ordered a burger and made it plain I'm highly allergic to onions they put onions on my burger they didn't put cheese on my cheese burger I also ordered 5 sweet n sours never got them
