The night shift takes so long. I was there for over 30 minutes waiting for my food. They had two intercoms and someone was on the other one and they grabbed their order before mine. Overall the service was a three. They took forever to serve our food, and the order was small. Also the line was so long. They gave us attitude the whole way. They kept playing on their phones and hitting each other and laughing. Not even making the orders. There were 3 of them, likely teens just playing.

My Friends and I went around 2 AM, the worker, he said his name is Will, was AWSOME! We had 3 mobile orders, so a lot of food… He was the sweetest and funniest worker I have ever met, despite our orders and how busy they were. Really made our night and I’m happy we could make him laugh!

Hoping tonight was a fluke since I usually have a good experience. First off there wasn't someone at the first window for me to pay, so I went to the second window and got held up a bit to make sure I paid. Second thing is that I paid for a medium shake and got a small, so I didn't get what I paid for

Depending on which location u visit on the treatment u receive. Usually it's kinda good when the ppl decide to assist u. Saw the guy whose filling the 🍟 were taking fries out the tray eating them with no gloves on and then continue filling the fry orders.
Vegetarian options: No vegetarian menu, the iced caramel coffee never taste like the caramel was even added, and when you inform someone, they want to argue with you and be rude
