Mocha Lounge truly created a place of community with its inviting atmosphere! The drink options seemed never ending and the food was delicious! I specifically had the strawberry matcha as well as their quiche for lunch. I plan on going again soon!

Stopped by this coffee shop recently for a mid-day pick-me-up. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, with plenty of seating and a nice mix of people working or just hanging out. I ordered a mocha and a breakfast sandwich — the drink was smooth and not too sweet, while the sandwich was decent, though a bit on the smaller side for the price.
Service was friendly but a little slow since they seemed busy at the time. The place was clean, and I liked the music — not too loud, just enough to set a chill vibe. Overall, it’s a nice spot to grab coffee or catch up with a friend. Not my favorite in town, but I’d stop by again if I’m in the area.

I've lived in Fort Wayne for over 20 years, all of that on the south or southwest side, and have never been to the Mocha Room until a couple of weeks ago. I've been missing out!
I'm always searching for a chai that isn't too sweet. Their spiced chai is a little sweeter than I would like, but not nearly as sweet as those most places, and it has a really good flavor. We also tried a couple of treats, one regular baked good and one gluten-free, and both were really good.
The staff was friendly and the service was good, and I love it that the atmosphere encourages sitting and enjoying your drink instead of making you feel like you want to run out the door.

This place is always a fun place to visit. The coffee is delicious. The pastries are yummy. The service is great. They always answer questions and are very patient. Today it wasn't as busy as it usually is so we got to stay and chat for a while. What a great morning.

I really love this coffee shop. The service is always great and the coffee is phenomenal. They also have great lunch sandwiches now big fan.
DO BETTER! Got in the drive through line 22 minutes before they closed. Waited 26 minutes until an employee came out the back door to inform us they were closed and not taking any more orders. Here's an idea... check the drive through at closing and fill the orders of those that are in your drive through before actually closing.

The place is nice and peaceful with a cool atmosphere. The coffee was good and the drinks were good. The breakfast food was decent as well. My frustration comes from the service.
We arrived at 9:50 AM my kids were ordering breakfast burritos. My wife mother and I were ordering lunch. When they got to my grilled cheese they decided that lunch starts at 10 AM. I politely asked the server if she would like me to wait 3 minutes (2 minutes had passed) to place my order. She called who I assumed was the manager who said it was policy. I looked at them both and said that's fine we can wait 3 minutes to place our order. They then said no it's fine place it now and we will start the order in three minutes.
It then took 20 minutes to get our order out 10:20 AM. While 19 patrons were served that ordered after us. Of the 19 patrons 8 patrons had food items. Then they forgot an item (normally fine as we are all human) which added to the frustration
No assumptions just facts here.
Edit. Manager walked over and took ownership of the situation. In my book that makes all the difference in the world

I ordered two vanilla iced coffees. They charge $1 extra for the vanilla and the vanilla syrup tasted fruity. Overall it was pretty gross, they tasted like fruity water. Definitely not worth the $12 for two iced coffees. McDonald’s would have been much better than this.
I've been going to this place (Covington Road) for years and have had nothing but great experiences! One time in winter, I ordered an iced coffee and they made it hot. They were quick to make the same version iced. Great coffee and great people!!! They go the extra mile to make things right!
I want to love this coffee shop but have have multiple negative experiences and they’re never willing to make things right. Makes me sad as I want to support locally
I worked at both locations when they were still affiated a few years ago. I've held off making this review for some time but it actually keeps bothering me to this day what happened to me at the hands of the owners Brian and Rachel Till. I worked as a sandwich maker/baker. For the most part, the job itself was fine. I had a few complaints about the "head of the kitchen" but nothing too terrible. The situation that STILL haunts me to this day is how I was treated when I gave my 2 weeks notice to the two owners. I privately asked them if we could talk and I processed to tell them that I had been looking and found another job that was able to pay me what I needed at the time to contribute to my family. I said as such and Rachel started BERATING me. Saying how I was doing this to screw them over because they were dealing with a family situation and that I took this time to make it harder for them. She got me crying cause I said "I need to do this for my family. I could've just walked out or never come back, but I'm putting my two weeks notice in. This isn't in any way screwing you over." She carries on saying that THEY have kids to take care if too. (Like my family shouldn't come first to me somehow) also brian just sat there watching me cry and watching his wife lay into me and says nothing. At the end I leave the room bawling and continue my work. (everyone says I should've just left at that point. but I can say I finished my obligation and finished my planned shifts.) Rachel was the one doing the schedule at the time (and remember i put my 2 weeks notice in) and I had already been scheduled 2 or 3 shifts for the next week. the second week she never scheduled me to work, basically said peace...ef you and then continued to IGNORE ME everytime she came into the shop. To make it worse one of the baristas had put her 2 weeks in a few days before me and she got the same treatment. and she was like 16 and was berated, yelled at and ignored until her last day too. I will NEVER recommend this coffee shop cause it's run by people who dont truly care about the employees if they choose to go somewhere else to make more money and support themselves. And don't get me started on how I didn't get my tax forms from them😒
Better coffee than
