I was visiting a friend from out of town. She usually goes to this place and loved it, but she had one of the worst interactions with staff I've ever seen. We get to the place at 8 in the morning. She asks for a latte with no foam. Simple, right? Gets the latte, it's all foam. My friend wasn't even rude about it, even though it's exactly the opposite of what she wanted. She just asked if they could give her more milk to put in her latte. The staff refused. Point blank. "No. I'm not doing that. Nope. Not happening." My friend pointed out that there was too much foam. The staff was like "There was no foam when I made it, so any foam must've come from you." Um. Okay? Yes, my friend created this extra foam just so she could get back in line to ask for more milk. You got her! Guilty! One of the most bizarre customer service experiences ever. It's like, if you're having a bad day, that's cool. Happens to all of us. Please don't take it out on a customer. Never going back.

We ordered food/drinks for dine-in and were a bit disappointed by how they place drinks and food by their \\\"pick-up\\\" window. Drinks/food don't have your order number, so it causes lots of confusion with people grabbing items that are not theirs. We received half of our order with the other half about 35 minutes later.\\n\\nThe food was good, and the drinks were great. Service needs work, and they definitely need to rethink how \\\"dine-in\\\" food/drinks get delivered to the right costumers.

Parking: Parking is tight on Friday mornings because it is a very popular place. They also have a drive up window. Still, it is worth the wait.

I love Mocha Lounge. I go all the time. The problem is it is so inconsistent. I will order a sugar cookie iced latte that will be amazing one week, then i will order the same sugar cookie iced latte another day and it doesn't taste the same. One will have whipped cream and sprinkles, the other won't. I hope they do better with being so inconsistent.

Love when the local places use actual dishes. Cortado was perfect.

I don’t frequent coffee shops because I don’t drink coffee. Met a group of friends here to discuss a trip. Someone else ordered for me, so unsure about the service. The strawberry smoothie was good and the cinnamon roll was great! Atmosphere is also great, people were friendly when we needed an extra chair.

This is my favorite coffee shop. First off, there is never a long line. Secondly, the menu is HUGE. I most often get a slice of quiche or a paleo bar with a medium blackberry Italian soda-- so good! Next, the inside is also very nice. There is plenty of good seating options. There is a bookcase that also has games available for playing. They even have a meeting room that isn't too expensive. Lastly, for the quickest trips, there is a makeshift drive thru pull up window on the side of the building (even though I recommend sitting inside and reading or working on something).Edit: They got rid of the italian sodas and moved to a new building across the street. It's a slightly different experience, but I still enjoy visiting. Every time in FW Mocha Lounge is a must-stop.

Love all the food and drinks they make!! Always clean and welcoming. Hands down one of the best cafes in town.

Love the quality of coffee and variety/customization of this menu. Staff are friendly and professional. Food is worth the extra wait, but be advised that it does take a bit longer to get food for dine-in (can’t speak to drive-thru on food items). Overall, a staple café in Fort Wayne for me!

Super disappointing. This is one of my favorite coffee places. Everytime I go in, service is great, drinks are top notch and I love the atmosphere.Unfortunately, every single time I've gone through drive through my drink is only half full... I dont know why, and I don't have time to go back in and say something. But it's super disheartening.
