I went through the drive thru wanting to try the new limited time banana menu. I was told that they had ran out of banana. I ordered a large carmello frappe with no whip cream instead. I also paid almost $9 dollars for this. I didn't realize that prices had gone uo so much. When I recieved my order, there was whip crwam in my drink. I love going here but with no communication on social media on limited time events and higher prices, I may limit my time going here. I'm especially disappointed in the lack of communication about running out of the one thing the menu is based on. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to try a drink and wasn't able to.

The staff is attentive and kind, with one experience standing out in particular—when I asked for help with their internet, they went above and beyond. I went into Mocha Lounge on Wednesday, and had the best experience! I have gestational diabetes, so I wanted a sugar free latte that wasn't just vanilla. The gentleman at the counter (I wish I caught his name!) made me the most amazing Cinnamon Roll Latte and it was sugar free! It was the best coffee I have had in a very long time, and I will be back for it, that is for sure! This coffee made my day.

Make sure you check that your gift card works before going. My mom and I sat in the drive thru and waited our turn. After ordering our drinks, I handed over my gift card to pay. I was told the card did not exist in their system. I tried my other one and same thing happened. We ended up cancelling the order and leaving. The person at the window suggested maybe the cards were for the other location. I have the gift receipt for one of the cards and it shows the Dupont address. I tried the other location with same results. I received these cards as gifts, so I was not the one to buy them. I am not sure if Mocha's gift cards expire and it just is not on the card or if the two locations split ownership. Hope this reminds someone to check before going so they don't have to waste time and be embarrass when their card don't work.
Edit: Thank you Jordan for reaching out. It turns out the two locations are now under different ownership. Gift cards bought before the split only work at the south location.
We have been getting coffee here every morning since our son has been in the hospital and their coffee is great and the bakery goods fresh and delicious. We did have an experience where our order had gone missing and after 30 min of waiting it was noticed but thankfully without a word they made the coffees instantly and gave us some coupon cards for our next visit ! All of the staff has been extremely kind and its a great place to sit and have a delicious coffee.
