I enjoyed the Savor FW deal this morning at Mocha Lounge!
Ethan took my order and he is so kind! I got my sweet treat immediately and my breakfast sandwich came out quickly as well! I was there around 9am and they were definitely busy. My absolute favorite place for morning meetings!

So I wasn’t going to write a review, but I found a review that I believe was about my experience today written by a stranger so I’ll chime in. Yes today, I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, and 5 drinks for a 5 person office I met with at 7am. I’m not sure if writing out the order on paper looked more intimidating than it was, but I was handed a card (by another employee who did not take the order) and told orders “that large” had to be given 2 hours in advance. Given that the shop opened at 6:30 that wasn’t possible. For context I received the request myself after Mocha Lounge closed the day before and attempted to pre order on the website. The website isn’t the easiest to navigate and was not capturing what I needed properly so I decided to go inside. Unbeknownst to me, 7am is “peak” hours for the business. My bad. So when I was handed the business card I took it and said I understood and thank you. It was the follow up that came 5 minutes later from the same woman who handed me a card that then says “my manager said in the future they won’t accomodate orders like this again” that was unnecessary and said as if I was a complete idiot. I understand needing notice but as the stranger said, this is nothing more than a family sized order. I supply orders for offices upward of 50 people daily, and want to support my local businesses first instead of going down the street to Starbucks.
I’m not sure I’ll be back, but I will give a glowing review for the cashier who even said “this isn’t a big order” and the young man who got my drinks made in less than 10 minutes. As for the other employee policing what customers can’t do (I also overheard her telling the next customer something he couldn’t do) I appreciate you for informing me of the policies.

I’m a sales rep and spend a lot of money buying food and drinks for my clients and after I heard how another sales rep was treated at your store I will take my business elsewhere and know others will too. She had a small order for 5 people and only three hot breakfast orders the other two things were premade and just needed bagged and the way she was talked to by one of your employees was unacceptable. If you’re not capable of fulfilling a small order like that then maybe you shouldn’t be a business that offers breakfast. Her order was something I could’ve ordered walking in for just my family and if I got talked to the way she did for my order I would do everything I can to make sure I told everyone so they didn’t do business here. Treating sales reps like that will absolutely cost you in losing a lot of money. Do better.

Bought a very mid drink so I could do some homework only to find their WiFi wasn’t working. Barista said the WiFi “isn’t great” and fails often when too many people are connected but there were only 5 other people in the shop and only two with computers.
Having functional WiFi at a coffee shop is essential anymore, and the WAP should be able to handle multiple devices. Super disappointing.

I really loved the experience and atmosphere of this cafe! They provide a great selection of drinks and food for everyone. The staff at this establishment were very hospitable and welcoming. I ordered a matcha and it was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try their new seasonal drink menu!

Only come here if you have about 30 min plus to sit in the drive thru. Other local places that handcraft their drinks take about 5 to 10 minutes with bigger lines. There was only 2 cars in front of me and it took 40 minutes for 2 drinks. Iced coffee and pumpkin white mocha. The 2 cars in front of me only had 1 or 2 drinks each. 🙃

I have been to this drive thru at least ten times, and each time the drive thru moves extremely slow. Never left a review about that until I ordered a caramel apple cider today and there was no caramel at all. Almost $6 for hot apple juice basically. Much better service and quality available elsewhere like firefly coffee.
