Bought a very mid drink so I could do some homework only to find their WiFi wasn’t working. Barista said the WiFi “isn’t great” and fails often when too many people are connected but there were only 5 other people in the shop and only two with computers.
Having functional WiFi at a coffee shop is essential anymore, and the WAP should be able to handle multiple devices. Super disappointing.

I really loved the experience and atmosphere of this cafe! They provide a great selection of drinks and food for everyone. The staff at this establishment were very hospitable and welcoming. I ordered a matcha and it was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try their new seasonal drink menu!

Only come here if you have about 30 min plus to sit in the drive thru. Other local places that handcraft their drinks take about 5 to 10 minutes with bigger lines. There was only 2 cars in front of me and it took 40 minutes for 2 drinks. Iced coffee and pumpkin white mocha. The 2 cars in front of me only had 1 or 2 drinks each. 🙃

I have been to this drive thru at least ten times, and each time the drive thru moves extremely slow. Never left a review about that until I ordered a caramel apple cider today and there was no caramel at all. Almost $6 for hot apple juice basically. Much better service and quality available elsewhere like firefly coffee.

I went to Mocha Lounge this morning to get an ice coffee and was frustrated that my mobile order didn't go through. One of the baristas (off the clock) took it upon themselves to help me with ordering next time and made me my drink! I wish I knew her name, but she is awesome.

I went through the drive thru wanting to try the new limited time banana menu. I was told that they had ran out of banana. I ordered a large carmello frappe with no whip cream instead. I also paid almost $9 dollars for this. I didn't realize that prices had gone uo so much. When I recieved my order, there was whip crwam in my drink. I love going here but with no communication on social media on limited time events and higher prices, I may limit my time going here. I'm especially disappointed in the lack of communication about running out of the one thing the menu is based on. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to try a drink and wasn't able to.

I get coffee + pastries regularly, but just tried the Veggie Wrap for lunch and it was amazing! Don’t sleep on their non-coffee menu items - delicious!
The owner, Jordan, has created a phenomenal environment with plenty of cozy character in a part of town otherwise dominated by franchises and industrial construction. The staff is attentive and kind, with one experience standing out in particular—when I asked for help with their internet, they went above and beyond. Whether you’re meeting a friend or posting up to knock out emails, Mocha Lounge Dupont earns 5 stars.

I went into Mocha Lounge on Wednesday, and had the best experience! I have gestational diabetes, so I wanted a sugar free latte that wasn't just vanilla. The gentleman at the counter (I wish I caught his name!) made me the most amazing Cinnamon Roll Latte and it was sugar free! It was the best coffee I have had in a very long time, and I will be back for it, that is for sure! This coffee made my day.
