I like Mocha Lounge, but it can get very crowded and loud due to all the conversations going in relatively close proximity to each other. Sometimes parking lot can be full requiring parking in non-designated places. Parking lot is also shared with another business. One entrance into and out of parking lot also can add to congestion. It does have a drive through window.Dietary restrictions: Some but limited gluten-free options

Literally the best coffee shop I have ever been to! The staff is exceptionally nice and the vibes are next level. The coffee is great because the baristas are fabulous! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Very nice coffee shop - our perfect place for small meetings with friends. While the gluten free menu is a bit limited for those of us with food allergies, most days I can find something tasty and sweet to eat here along with dairy-free milk for my coffee.

Guys, what on earth happened? My service today was terrible and not like any service I’ve ever had here. I’ve been coming here ever since I’ve moved here five years ago, and today was the worst. They usually are somewhat slow but I have no idea what on earth happened today. I really hope you guys figure it out because something is wrong.
Phenomenal staff and even better coffee! You're always greeted with such kindness here and everyone treats you like family. Great ambiance as well!

Drinks are good but drive thru takes way too long. There were only 3 cars in front of me but I waited 25 mins and had to leave the line because only one car had moved in 25 whole minutes.

Simply the best coffee shop in Fort Wayne! Great coffee and surprisingly good food options. If I need something fresh and healthy I’ll go out of my way to ML for a breakfast or lunch sandwich or wrap!

The grand reopening after lobby renovations was awful in my experience.. way too slow, I waited in line for a good 20-25 min. Which can be expected when reopening a business after getting new equipment, but it’s never been a fast pace environment anyway. Also was supposed to have discounts and giveaways but never once offered you those deals. You had to ask about them yourself. There was a wheel to spin to receive those discounts and you literally had to ask if you could do it.. never once did they offer it. There was also a basket of stickers. Nothing with a ‘free’ sign or price of them. So when I took one staff was very rude about it and told me they cost money.. like I was supposed to know. When I asked about the lotus energy drink flavors the guy taking my order had no idea what they were, as it’s not listed on their menu, so him and I had to guess what I wanted..
