Showed up right as they opened. Extremely friendly staff. My wife had a big ol chicken burrito which was very good lookin. I had a bowl with tofu loaded up with veggies. Salsa bar was good chips a little stale but over all the food was very good.

I ordered delivery. The last digits were 415391 and I recieved 130634 for Kristy Sxxxx. Tried to call the restaurant and if course, no one answered 5 calls. Instead of my burrito bowl I got soggy Nachoes. Thanks for not answering your phone and not checking your order out before packing it.

The food was pretty good, but I was definitely most impressed with the service. The 2 employees on the food line were quick, detailed, and very friendly. They answered all my questions, gave me recommendations, and provided some great banter the whole time. They made my experience a lot better. I think their names were Caleb and Kelly. Good stuff

Going to repeat the review below. Ordered food directly off the website. Stack, supposed to have queso. No queso. Called and the person who answered the phone (who ended up claiming to be the manager - sounded all of 16 years old) immediately started in on excuses with the system, if they get an order that doesn’t say add queso, they don’t put it on…this went on for probably five straight minutes. Why would you have to indicate you want queso on something that COMES WITH QUESO on it? Y’all would indicate if you don’t want queso, right? Absolutely ridiculous.
If I had to guess, based on how ready she was with the excuses, this has happened before and nothing has been done to rectify it. I told her honestly, I didn’t care why. I didn’t care about the system. I just wanted my order fixed. But because it was delivered, nothing could be done. I would have to go in, which kind of negates the point of delivery.
So apparently there are issues with the ordering system or how they expect to see orders…but you can’t call in orders any longer. Just avoid this all together and avoid this Moe’s.

For the 2nd and last time I ordered DoorDash from here and it was a HUGE waste of $46. I asked for dressing on the side and it came swimming NOT edible (see picture). When I called the restaurant they told me sorry that was how the order came through so not their fault. It got tossed straight in the trash. NO dinner. Mind you I eat here a lot. It will be a long time after the poor customer service I’ve now received twice, The last time I ordered my daughter’s steak quesadilla was delivered with no steak when I called the response was oh yeah sorry I was here by myself and I had no steak left to put it in. Was told to call and talk to the manager but coincidentally I called every day for a week and the manager was never available. I’ve wasted so much money buying food that I never received or was not edible and the restaurant doesn’t do what is needed to make it right. We are human and mistakes get made but own them and do what you can to fix it
I love that there is a salsa bar.... unfortunately I don't really love any of the salsas they offer. They are all just.... ok....
I stopped in because I saw on the window a big sign about a special price on Mondays... when I got up close I could see that I needed to have the app, so I downloaded it immediately. But when I went to order the girl said that you have to have the app for at least a week before you can get that special price on Mondays. This really annoyed me because that was not mentioned or made clear on the signs or when you go to download the app.
It was late and I was tired so I went ahead and got the meal but it was just so so.
Also, thought it was a bit expensive for the amount and overall taste and quality of food that I got.

They are so stingy with the food, like I understand you’re not suppose to fill them up but make the bowl the way your want your food made. And then after they get done giving you a small portion they want to charge you after you ask for more but the good taste great

Is it called the homewrecker because it’s all beans and Avacado paste? You say you want feedback, but don’t have a direct number or webpage for me to send this to. So it goes on your Google instead I guess.
Update: 1 to a 3 star. Got ahold of customer service and was able to get a refund for the issue. They refunded the entire order which was generous as other items received as ordered.

I tried to reach out to Moe's corporate or the Franchisee owner. It either seems they could care less about this issue so I wanted everybody to be aware of my past experience at this location. I have recently moved to the Fort Wayne area. In my previous town we have two Moe's locations that I would visit often. So my partner and I where excited to learn we have one in our new town.
My partner and I have visit this location 3 times since our move here and each visit has been extremely unwelcoming, and uncomfortable.
1st visit: We arrived at the store around 7:35 on a Friday night (Not knowing you close at 8pm, who closes this early?). We where barely greeted. The gentleman who I am guessing is a manager at this location (He was wearing a grey manager polo) was extremely short and rude to myself and my partner. The heavier set girl that was working next to him was nasty to my partner when asking a few questions about his order. She would cut my partner off to ask what time it was, and that "People need to spot coming in the store". They were more concerned with closing the store than helping the guesting walking into your restaurant.
2nd Visit: We thought this was a one off occurrence so we had a craving and wanted a couple of burritos. Well that was a mistake. We where greeted by a lady who had an attitude before we even said hi to her. However the couple behind us got a big smile and a "Welcome to Moes". The gentleman manager was working again and still received the same cold shoulder treatment. This visit was around 6:30. Again the staff was more concerned with closing the store than helping the guest.
3rd visit: A little before 7pm. As we are walking into the building we had seen the same girl as our 2nd visit and the same manager, both look at us, look at each other, and laugh. Did not receive a welcoming greeting, the girl was short and rather nasty with us. It seemed we where more inconveniencing them than anything. However other patrons coming into the store got the "Welcome to Moe's Greeting" and we just received laughs towards us and horrible attitudes. Again however the staff was more concerned by closing the store. By 7pm they where already putting chairs on tables limiting the seating in the store.
Overall I would not recommend this location to anybody. Especially ones who are apart of the LGBTQ community, especially is this is the type of behavior we have to deal with just to get a burrito.
From these three visit the only employee who was nice and kind to use all three times was the younger girl on register. So I thank her for her kindness and not following her mangers disgusting attitude.
I myself work in the restaurant industry and understand there are specific requirements that have to be been in order to no break a franchise contract. It is just sad that we cannot go into a restaurant and have a great meal, due to the attitudes of the employees that work here, that are either my age or younger.
