The online ordering is atrocious. They never have guacamole as an item even when it is in stock. The food was made quickly. Portions were average. Staff appears to be newer and friendlier now with a cleaner restaurant. They are under staffed with only one person on the line making food. I was also disappointed they did not have Coke Zero. They do have a promotion on Monday burrito for 7.99

The only reason why I’m giving this place a two star is because their food is good. Although, salsa grille is better and cheaper I still wanted to order food. The moment I walked in nobody said “welcome to moes!” That’s part of the job right?to greet customers with that statement right? Neither of the two employees were happy to be there based of their attitude. Walked out and said thank you. The associate replied, “yep” with attitude. I understand you might hate your job and we all have really bad days and I’m not expecting top tier customer service but at the end of the day it’s a business. Either find another a job or fix yourself to do better.

I had some giftcards I wanted to use. It wouldn’t read any of them. Kept getting errors & they had to restart the machine multiple times. After waiting an extra 12-14 minutes, they said I’d have to “call HQ” to see why they’re not working. Now I finally get back, & they didn’t even give me my food! I got someone else’s bag of chips with my burrito on top. So I never got my nachos. It’s a 45 minute round trip to go there, so not worth driving back at this point. They’ve successfully wasted my time & money

Moe's catered our wedding this past weekend, and it was the best decision we could have made! Catering was very affordable and extremely easy to order, the service of the staff members was EXCELLENT, and the food was absolutely delicious-- we have received SO many compliments on how good the food was!! The team was extremely accommodating whenever we had any questions or adjustments to our order, and for that we are very grateful. I can't recommend Moe's enough!!

I’ve ordered from this location a couple of times before and have had no issues, unfortunately today was a different story. I placed an online order for pick up at 5:15. I arrived at 5:20, my order wasn’t ready and someone else was waiting on an order. The line was short staffed and no manager in sight. After 30 minutes I got in line to order my food again after talking to the employee at the register, who recommended this. I stood in line for several minutes as it stood still while they caught up on online tickets (many of which came in after mine, but were made beforehand because of how disorganized the tickets were). After a few minutes of waiting, a manager finally appeared and got more people on the line. Where they were for the last 40 minutes is a mystery to me, but things finally started moving. As I got to order, they simultaneously started my ticket so I just went down the line. Due to the unorganized nature of the tickets, they only made one of my entrees, so I had to wait for them to finish the other. After nearly an hour of waiting, I finally had my order and left. When I finally got to eat my meal, I was met with the crude realization that it was drenched in the pablano crema sauce instead of the chipotle ranch that I ordered. I don’t care for this sauce, but I powered through most of my burrito until I was full enough to not feel compelled to continue. The queso, salsa, and my wife’s entree were all great. It wasn’t the fault of any of the employees that were working on the line the entire time, they were just trying to keep up, but they seemed to be terribly short staffed for a Sunday evening. Especially one that was hosting a BOGO online reward. The thing that bothers me most as that management was absent for over half an hour while the two employees holding down the line were fighting to stay afloat.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered an online order and found rat feces in my food, they must have prepped and did not care to throw out. There ice machine has mold when you use there ice dispenser , almost as if it is never cleaned by staff. The owner is very rude to her customers and does not care what is inconvenient to you or your children when eating here. The staff hates there job and is always rude, the only positive staff experience was with a younger gentlemen about the experience he seemed to be Asian and I believe his name was Cale ? My family has ordered taco kits before and when they grabbed something for me out the walk in cooler it seemed to be a sticky slime texture maybe mold from unsanitary? I will not be wasting my money here again, this place needs shut down!

Very mediocre type of south western cuisine. Business seems to be failing here as prices keep going up, parks are going down, and things keep changing for the worse on the customer side of things. This is not the same business it was even 3 years ago.
