First time ordering.... ordered the home wrecker and the employee started asking if we wanted this and that...ie protein, black beans or pinto etc. when we took them to the register the charge was $4 more than the 2 should have been. I asked him why and he said you got queso cheese and its extra. I said she asked if we wanted it so I assumed it was one of the items in the receipe. His joking reply was "ignorance is no excuse". This was our first visit and I was insulted!!! He did offer me a free drink but I was so pissed that I refused. I don't think I'll ever return. This was at SW Ft Wayne IN.

Came in to pick up, Was greeted by a larger woman saying “I’ll get to you give me a minute” very rude. I responded kindly “it’s ok take your time, u having a good day?” Responded “NO”. Then threw the bagged food on the counter and half spilled out as she turned and walked away.Not sure how u mess up a basic steak and rice burrito, food sucked too.

The food has no flavor, everything is so bland of course it’s made by white people that’s why ,it’s so expensive, the food I got and the money I paid is not worth it. The service was so bad , I ask one of the lady if I can order the food , she just ignore me until I yelled at her , the atmosphere is so dry , no music ! All I can hear is employees in the back talking stuff about other employees

Usually I look forward to eating their food because it's literally one of the best things EVER. But this time they decided to make mine AND my families meals how THEY wanted. Clearly stated that NONE of us wanted guac or sour cream, put it on mine anyways, put pico on mine even tho I said no pico, gave my dad regular corn instead of corn salsa, and then put fajita veggies in my brothers. Idk how you can mess up an order so bad and we will be reporting to door dash. This isn't the first time but it's definitely the last. If you tend to get SUPER mad when people mess with your food, I don't recommend. Like I said, you can't just make someone else's meal how you want. Do better please.?
I ordered the salad and my husband ordered nachos. Then we chose the toppings we wanted. Chips come with your order. There is a salsa bar. I am dairy free so I don't have to worry about cheese.

They had sign with price in it . They ask what you want you tell them. At the register they tell you there are up-charges for everthing :( food didnt taste that goid.

My boyfriend and I went in this week to get some dinner. There were three people working there at the time. It was about 6:30-7pm when we went and it was clear they were cleaning up early to end the day. There was a family sitting in the back corner of the store with some kids around the ages of 8-10. One of the kids went to throw their trash away and moved the green frisbee they put on top of the trash can hole to block people from throwing their trash away and threw hers away. (Annoying I know, but manageable) The woman checking me out (wearing bright pink crocs) stopped what she was doing and said “B**** that frisbee was there for a F****** reason”. I really hope she gets the anger management she needs.
