They lie about everything on the menu. They sell impossible and deliver beef instead (absolutely disgusting behavior), they sell crinkle fries but serve regular undercooked fries, they sell brown mustard and serve yellow, and they seem to put mayo and cheese on everything even when it’s ordered without or doesn’t come that way. They used the virtual brand to get sales and serve you whatever they feel like. This restaurant should be shut down. This is literally illegal.

My husband and I ordered out of curiosity, not expecting anything amazing, but at least an okay burger. We spent $50 for 3 sandwiches and 2 orders of crinkle fries- after discounts. Not only did they not have crinkle fries, the restaurant did not prepare any of the items as listed on the menu. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich came as just chicken tenders with no hot sauce. The menu advertises that they use brown mustard and everything had yellow mustard. The onions were not caramelized, the cheese was not even melted. The sandwiches and fries were all undercooked and cold… regardless of all of that, the food was bland and the most prominent flavor was oil. We were unable to finish over half of our food and chose to prepare other food at home instead. Very disappointed and would not recommend- even if you’re curious, save yourself the money and disappointment.
