Parking is terrible. DO NOT park at George's, just don't.
Even with a full parking lot, they always have seating. Food is always fresh and delicious and their own beers are some of the best in town. Quick service and friendly servers!Vegetarian options: Always have something for everyone.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly food options and craft root beers are great.

A classic Fort Wayne restaurant. We stopped by for a late lunch while biking through the city. I had the Italian Grinder since I was craving something old school and the sandwich was a great choice. The red beans and rice side was a bit different than what I remembered from past visits but was okay.The service was pretty good, considering there was only one waitress on the floor, but she was keeping up pretty good with everyone.The atmosphere is fantastic with interesting outside views of people conducting their daily business either on Taylor or Broadway.I will be back as I have been since at least the mid-1980's.

Waited for 1 hour for food that never came. Manager came to our table and did nothing to make it right, we asked to pay for our drinks so we could leave and he charged us $25 for 4 drinks and an appetizer. Nothing was comped. Was excited to take my kids to a place I went to long ago, unfortunately they were having a bad day....?
