The food is tasty, however their stingy with quality of food u receive.
I feel the employees should be able to speak English a little better with a more clearer communication, mist tines the language barrier is frustrating; was charged twice for an order; received the wrong items.

My family gets the same order pretty much every single time we go. A 20 pc chicken tenders, half pan of fries, and a dozen garlic bread. 95% of the time it's spot on! The last few times we've gone, the garlic bread hasn't been up to standard. It's like they keep changing it! This time though, the garlic bread was horrible! It tasted moldy but it wasn't actually moldy. Not impressed.I also wish they'd get atleast one English speaker there for taking orders. If you ask a question, they have a hard time understanding or responding properly. I don't mind who they have working there, but if you are dealing with a primarily English speaking customer base, it is important to understand them.
Kid-friendliness: Most of their options are finger food. Super easy and delicious and tons of options for all kids.
