Parking: I wish they would open again. I miss the food. New people took it over.

This restaurant no longer exists. It's only an Asian marker now. I came looking for the no frills authentic Thai food, but was disappointed.

Editing my review to update to 5 stars. The food has always been excellent, some of the best in Fort Wayne for sure. When they first opened service was often pretty slow, but in recent years it's been consistently fast. Good options for gluten free and vegan as well.My family loves this place.

Fantastic! They are open even though Google says take out only.

This is by far my favorite everyday lunch restaurant. If you have fears of trying thai/bermese/laos type food, no need when eating here. Get it mild as you need or spicy enough to blow your socks off. Plenty of different dishes with pictures to help.

A lot of room to increase service. Very (very) slow to greet guests and take drink orders and provide menus. If I would have paid $20 for two people before tip the price may have been worth it if the portion size was bigger and the quality of food was better. Nobody wants a giant mountain of rice and a little bit of meat on a stir-fry. There was no coconut milk in the tom yum soup that we both had and it was mostly broth. The pork skewer that I pointed to on the menu turned out to be some basic seasoned slice of pork and not the grilled ground pork meatballs that I ordered. The prices have been raised and are not updated online or on the menu. There is a small piece of paper taped to the first page of the menu in handwriting notifying that the price of everything has increased except appetizers. The bill at the end of the meal had two different prices on it and the total was two to three dollars more than the actual total and it was definitely not the price of sales tax. (Always get a feeling I am being ripped off at these places.) The same thing happened last time I was at mahnin and I have not been back after that and the prices going up a number of times since I first started going there. Good food but not amazing as it should be. Everything fell short of what it could have been easily without much effort.Update:In response to the owner:I pointed to the Picture of Tom Yum with coconut milk in it as I said it and received no coconut milk.I pointed to the Picture of the pork meatball as I said it and that dish ended up being something entirely different.Thank you for skipping the other important issues of my experience in your comment. I hope you continue to improve the quality of service, food, quality trained staff and management presence at the restaurant and wish you great success!

It's a small restaurant and Asian grocery store connected to each other. The place seems old but the food is superb. I ordered chicken red curry and it was pretty good!?

Excellent, authentic Thai food in a cozy atmosphere. The server was attentive and the prices were very reasonable. The Thai egg rolls mandatory.

This is a hidden gem. Doesn't look like much but the food and service are outstanding. Worth a visit to the south side of Ft. Wayne.

On a recent road trip, my bf & I made a detour to Fort Wayne for some Burmese food. Nirvana Taste came up in our search for a Burmese restaurant on Google Maps. Head's up: Nirvana Taste is NOT a Burmese restaurant. I should have known better because all the Burmese restaurants were closed on the day I drove through town (Tuesday), and Nirvana Taste was open.Anyway, we decided to stay because we love Thai food, and I'm glad we did. Nirvana Taste is a no-frills Thai restaurant connected to an Asian grocery store. Free parking in the lot behind the restaurant. The prices are very good, and there were some items on the menu that I don't normally see on Thai restaurant menus. The Thai egg rolls and curries we ordered were very yummy with generous portions.
