Today I ordered Mac n cheese, I was craving their famous Mac n cheese at 17 weeks pregnant and I received it with my noodles uncooked, nothings more disappointing than taking a big bite of tough noodles 🙁

Ordered for lunch with my co-workers. A waste of money. I ordered Mac-N-Cheese and added chicken and bbq sauce and added extra bbq sauce that I paid $1.25 for. Their is no bbq sauce. This is the second time this has happened. If you can’t get it right, maybe don’t sell it anymore. I gave a second chance when I ordered it today and it will be the last time we order from our office. We can’t turn around and go back since we’re on our lunch half hour and it’s just a waste of money, time, and adds frustration to our day. If you want to take bets on wether your lunch order will be right or not, this is the place for you. The odds are not in your favor.

Shane immediately brightened my day when I walked in. You can tell he's a man who loves his job! He greeted us with a smile and proceeded to provide excellent service all the while maintaining a very nice and friendly air. I ordered the Mac and cheese, which was delicious! Very clean atmosphere. It was impressive. Overall wonderful experience!

GARBAGE!! My coworkers warned me to stay clear of this place.... I should have listened. Tasteless, chewy, disgusting. I've eaten much better at Fazolis!! After 3 bites, i gave it to my dog Chicken Parmesan was revolting 🤢 Next time I'm getting real, delicious pasta at Casas.
