Always good food and service. Quiet, so you can easily carry on a conversation. There is music in background, but enjoyable. We usually go mid afternoon so it's not extremely busy. Right at noon is pretty busy. Great menu, lots of choices, separate bar area.
This place has gone downhill from a year & half ago. Service and food very average, drinks reasonable or average to others, restaurant was dirty especially the bathroom and most all employees either on their phones, talking amongst themselves or just staring out the window instead of cleaning and keeping up appearances. This was a Friday night and the place was dead, no reason a staff of 5 on the floor couldn't have made us feel cared for with service and healthier with a clean environment, we have strong reserves when we see cell phones in hand and then food and drinks served knowing hands were not washed, disgusting!
Good food, great service.
Service was terrible. Fried pickles were absolutely horrendous š«!!!
Great food, great service, reasonably priced. I will definitely go again
My wife was very happy with her experience when she came here recently with a friend. Unfortunately I didn't have as great of a visit.
To sum it up, I'd say if you're coming for their fried food and drinks, you'll have a good time. If you want a steak, go next door to Logan's.
My wife got the fish and chips and thought both were very good. I got a 27 dollar ribeye and was thoroughly disappointed. Overcooked, a little dry, all char and no seasoning. The sides were fine, I tried the grits (first time in a very long time) and although they weren't my favorite, that's very much just my opinion, objectively I'd call them fine. We didn't get to eat the mashed sweet potato we got, but it it looked very good and she's very excited to bring it home.
The loaded potato skins we got were a bit skimpy on the actual filling, mostly chives to buff them out. They were fine, but nothing spectacular.
Overall, not the worst experience I've ever had, we were helped quickly and the staff was very helpful and polite, but definitely one of the most disappointing steaks I've had in a while. Would come back for the rest of their food probably, but the price we paid for what we got was just not worth it on this visit.
I went to O'Charley's for my favorite New Orleans pasta dish and they changed the dish. My favorite dish. The pasta is now penne instead of linguine which is the original pasta of the dish. I was so upset and disappointed. I knew something was different as soon as I tasted the dish. The waitress acknowledge the change and I told her to please tell the decision- makers to put the linguine back into the dish. She told the floor manager and he came to our table. He told me that he would tell the other managers of the other restaurants that customers are not happy with the pasta change of the dish. I was happy that he understood that customer opinions matter and should be valued. I really hope that O' Charley's change the dish back to the original recipe real soon or I will not be a customer at all.
Nice restaurant, but bathrooms are not the cleanest. Service was disappointing. Only a couple of people in the restaurant but the waitress was busy talking to friends, so we waited for a while before she even came to take a drink order. Placed appetiser and she brought it out not much before dinner. Had to keep reminding her to fill our drinks. My steak was more rare than medium but outside charred. Pretzel bread with dip was good. Queso with chips good.

My spouse and I visited on the weekend before Christmas and had their prime rib special. our food was very good, and Mary served us with grace and flair. Her service, to a couple of oldsters like us truly made the meal very special for us.
There was a relaxed atmosphere to the entire place even as they became busier.
Oh, save room for dessert-- I loved the apple pie ala mode!
Kid-friendliness: Welcoming to families with small children and they offer kids fans on the menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: Good access and wide table spacing.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. I found a pretty big bug in my food and we showed the waitress and she acted like it was nothing, then she has the nerve to come out and tell us their gonna make us another plate like uhh no thanks we would rather not have another bug show up in our food so we just said we would rather not eat anymore. Then we hear the people laughing in the kitchen, they should be laughing at how dirty and disgusting this place is. Unless youāre Timone and Pumba and like to eat bugs I would definitely not go to this place

Food was good and came out quickly. Despite not being busy my server never checked on me after bringing my food out unless she checked if I wanted dessert or the bill despite my soda being empty.

Everything was clean, well spaced, quick service, quality service, and good food and drinks. Lynchburg Lemonade on point. If anything some of the food had too much flavor but in a good way. The waitress waited to ensure the steak was properly cooked which I haven't seen since my step mom when I was a kid used to do it when she waitressed. Food was fresh, so fresh we actually had to wait a minute for it to cool off some. First time since moving to Indiana that we have had a good experience. Thank you O' Charley's for a great family dinner.
