Mary was my server! Had a wonderful experience! Food was very fresh and hot!!! Been here a couple times and I've never been disappointed by the atmosphere! Especially on holidays!!! Very festive inside!!!
I'm a regular dine in customer. I order the canjan chicken with salad and get apiece of pie for both my husband and I on Weds alot. But to order it to go. I get no salad or no pie. And it taste different. I ordered to go as husband been very sick. Thought it would be a nice pick me up. Very unhappy was told when I ordered inside to go it doesn't come with it because I'm not eating there. Well you lost a customer. When you order inside should be the same food you serve Togo orders.

All the servers look cheerful and glad to be there, Anna was our server and she was helpful, sweet and VERY quick.Kid-friendliness: Staff is super sweet to all the kids and very accommodating.

This was my first time at O'Charley's. The service was great and fast! The food was delicious. I had a sirloin and their famous Chicken Tenders, which I would highly recommend. Apparently, they also have free pie on Wednesdays. Unfortunately it was a Tuesday, but, Hey, We will be back!
Ordered the Alfredo dinner to go got home very dry and no flavor called the restaurant and asked if they added Alfredo sauce and said yes didn’t offer to remake it or let us get more sauceVery
Great overall resturant, definitely a must stop when we are in town. The chicken dishes are delicious. Tbh we wished we'd get more portions to how much each dish cost. But again everything is very tasty.
