You should let someone know that the breadsticks have garlic salt not powder. I wke to go to the bathroom had a horrible headache. Took my blood pressure it wasn't good looked it up and that explains why. It was all I ate for supper I usually have just one.

I would like to give a big thank you to the managers Chris & Chad for making our grandmothers 99th birthday a birthday we will never forget. I called in a few weeks before to see if they were able to accommodate 30 people and why we were coming. The only restaurant that didn’t have a problem to accommodate us on a Saturday. Chris said no problem he would put us down for that day. Talk to him a few times after that to make sure nothing had change and it still was on the books. Chris and Chad kept checking on us to make sure we had everything and we were satisfied. Our waitress Courtney & Jenny were the best. We did not have to ask for anything twice they both were on it. We all commented on how we have not had service like that in a very long time. YOU GUYS ROCK SO HAPPY WE CAME TO OLIVE GARDEN FORT WAYNE.

Been a long time since I've been, but they definitely stepped it up! Our servers name was Drew, and hands down the best server I've ever had in ANY establishment. The food was incredible and prepared and delivered in excellent order and timing.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at this establishment. Saying the waitress was HORRIBLE is an understatement. It took her 4 times walking past my table and 20 minutes to even recognize we were waiting on someone to come help us. She barely came to the table three times in the hour and a half I was there. There was a hair in the breadsticks and all she could say was ew. After a manager came over to the table he seemed as if it wasn’t his problem and couldn’t be bothered to do anything to help but act dumbfounded. It took another customer telling a different waiter working with our waitress they should probably come by and help us for me to get any service. This waitress should really consider finding a new gig if she doesn’t learn how to correctly serve her customers.

They are truly the Applebee’s of Italian food...Ordered the Seafood Alfredo, which the seafood should have been sautéed according to the menu, but it wasn’t.Wife’s Chicken Alfredo was bone dry, but mine was super creamy; no consistency.She said when she gets home she will fix it herself because she didn’t have any trust in the cooks that can’t get Italian food correct in an Italian restaurant.

I have never been so disappointed in an Olive Garden until I went to this one. I was eating my steak, it was cutting perfectly until all of a sudden it was extremely hard to cut, then I looked down and saw the worst thing ever. I became instantly nauseated to my stomach. When I got the waitress to our table, she took the plate back and said they had no clue how a window cling got into my steak. Yes, they took off my meal, but the manager never even came to us like we were told they would. I am extremely disappointed in the experience I had.

Food was great and hot when it came out!! Our sever was not so great, he was not a tentative to our table, and kinda slammed down our drinks and dishes...idk maybe he was having a bad day. We left very full with wonderful food, and stopped by the restrooms on our way out to hear 3 young woman server/hostesses complaining about other customers in the restaurant nor very professional.

absolutely disgusted with the manger and service i found pieces of saran wrap in my food. they refused to refund me for their mistakes and claimed that i need to pay for the food i eat even though there was pieces the size of my finger nail of saran wrap.
