Went to the Outback for a birthday celebration. Our server Ray was amazing and truly made this a very enjoyable experience. Even with some minor glitches in the order, he made it so that we hardly even noticed. Food was delicious and was prepared well. All orders came out of the kitchen and a very timely manner. Thanks, Ray, for the great service. We will be going back again.
Service was good. The food was terrible. The meat is over seasoned. The lettuce was wilted and must come from a bag. They drenched the salad in dressing and put an extra dressing on the side. Wallaby darned was foamy and tasteless.

I ordered a steak to be cooked well, well done. There was still pink inside. Very fatty sirloin.When asked by the server how everything was, I stated my concerns. She apologized and the manager came out and I told him about it. Insincere apology, "yeah, sirloin has some fat to it". When waitress came with the bill, she took it back, I guess to tell the manager we weren't satisfied. Nothing was done. $50 for a substandard lunch meal, at best.Taylor, our server, was great and did all she could. We still tipped her well.

Tried the blooming shrimp for an appetizer, really good. The steak and Lobster dinner was excellent. Definitely going back. The service was great also.
First food. The food was not as good as it use to be. It wasn't like it was described on the menu. I got a blooming hamburger. It said it had spicy pickles. LIE! It had cucumbers and not spicy. Spicy sauce none. My wife had C&S pasta. It was not any better didn't come as described.Second Service. We had several Servers moving fast past the table pretty much dropping off food without saying anything. Didn't ask if we needed anything else Like ketchup until 10 minutes after we had all of our food. Our waitress had a piercing through the front of her nose that looked like a booger hanging out it was disgusting. A server shouldn't have anything sticking out their nose.Third Atmosphere. There wasn't one worker there who looked like they wanted to be there. No one smiled no 1 said hi. The hostess said nothing, she just looked at me until I finally said seat for 2 please. And to top it all off no one even asked if we were enjoying it or if anything was okay.We're not going back!

Got the $16.99 meal...Delicious! Service was fast and our server was great!!??
It took 49 minutes to get our food, the steak was burned on the outside but rare on inside. Order med rare. Half of the asparagus was under cooked the other half overcooked. They forgot our Brussel sprouts. And the bread was hard. Same waitresses, sat a table 20 minutes after us and the was served their food first. We got over looked. What a shame.

We love the place, worth the drive, people are friendly, servers know the menu, very attentive, food is always great!
Our server was very good & extremely helpful & attentive. He made great suggestions. The restaurant is a little out of the way. My mom & I were just a bit surprised by the high prices for everything on the menu.The food was good quality, but portion/price ratios were a bit disappointing. When the appetizers & salads cost as much as steaks & seafood items, it's surprising. Outback seems higher priced in comparison to similar restaurants in the area. We will not frequent this restaurant due to the prices/our budget and the out of our way aspect to get there in all honesty.
