Food was decent but our waitress, Katie, was the best waitress that I've had anywhere in quite a long time. Friendly, fast and courteous. She provided service that I would expect from Baker St or Cork, surprised that it was in the mall.

I had a reservation for 6:30 PM on Valentine’s Day and still waited 25 minutes just to be seated. While waiting, the lobby was so overcrowded that I could barely move, constantly being pushed and squeezed by other guests who were also waiting. After finally being seated, it took another 15 minutes before anyone came to our table to even take drink orders. During that time, multiple tables around us were complaining, asking for refunds, or leaving entirely due to the lack of service. One table next to us said they had been there for over three hours and still had not received their food. When we placed our order, our waitress actually recommended that we leave and go somewhere else because the food would take at least an hour. I was willing to wait, given the holiday, but after waiting over two hours, we still never received our meals. The only items we were given were a salad and a bowl of soup. Throughout the night, the waitress repeatedly told us she didn’t know the status of our food and that it was completely fine if we decided to leave. When I finally asked for a direct answer, I was told, “If you want to leave, you don’t have to pay for the food on the table. I would just leave if I were you.” We watched multiple other guests leave after long waits and poor service. Instead of resolving the situation, the staff offered things like free non-alcoholic drinks and encouraged us to leave. I ended up wasting my entire Valentine’s Day at this restaurant. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. It’s unacceptable that a restaurant would operate this way on one of the busiest dining holidays of the year without being properly prepared. I strongly recommend choosing any other restaurant. This place was completely disorganized, unprepared, and more focused on getting people to leave than actually serving them. Extremely disappointed.

This was one of the best dining experiences I've had. It was my birthday and they had a special setting at the table, great customer service and a wonderful celebration experience at the end. The staff signed a BD card for me, there was a sparkler and dessert. It was lovely and the food was delicious. Thanks to Shannon and Yuliza for taking wonderful care of our night out.

I went to P.F. Chang’s last night for my birthday and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience from start to finish. When we first sat down, I asked our waitress for a high chair for my son. She said she’d be right back with one, but when she returned she just asked for our drink order and left us still holding him. After waiting, I ended up walking around the restaurant myself to find a high chair. My son and I both ordered the orange chicken, and since getting home last night we’ve both been extremely sick — vomiting for the past 20 hours. We strongly suspect it was food poisoning, which made what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner even worse. To top it off, my husband asked the server if they did anything for birthdays and she said they offer a dessert. But when it came time for the check, she asked if we wanted to order desserts — even though she knew we were there celebrating. Nothing was ever brought out or acknowledged. Overall, the service and experience were very disappointing, and now my son and I being sick afterward just made it that much worse.
