The PFChangs at GlenBrook Mall in Ft. Wayne was great today. We had 7 people in our party and the service and food both were superb. We had lunch there and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Ordered Take out, like usual. We love PFC for the gluten free options. The food is amazing. Our Server was Grace. She is always friendly and fast. We truly appreciate her great service everytime. We thanked the manager Brittany. She always makes it a point to come over and visit. It's great when your restaurant staff knows their customers and uses our names. We will return over and over again. Thanks for the delicious food and fantastic service.Dietary restrictions: We have Celiac and we have never had an issue. so thankful for PFC
Definitely recommend! We ordered take out last week and our experience was seamless!! The hostess Grace , was very professional and friendly! The manager, Brittney, was there too. Both were very pleasant and welcoming. We WILL be back!

Been to different PF Changs across the U.S.A. and.... usually have high expectations of PF Changs. Not this visit unfortunately. Service was slow, with very small amount of customers in the restaurant, but not to be this slow. Drinks took forever. Server maybe new as she was also slow. Then when the food arrived, it did not taste as it usually does. MY bestie #GeminiTWINS,was in town & WE BOTH order the same: PF Chang's famous Chicken Lettuce Wraps & Mongolian Beef... it was "o.k." Just, o.k.... *sigh* Hopefully, I can try again and they will have a different cook ??♀️
The service was top tear, I believe we had a server named Dee who had a great attitude! The BBQ spare ribs were tender and very well sauced, you also get a very good amount for the price. Don’t get me started on the cheesecake we had, i’mnot sure if they make it in house or what but it sure tasted like it. A manager named Brittany also stopped by to ask about the service I believe it was the cherry on top!!

Food was decent. The orange chicken needed more sauce and the dynamite roll was subpar and not a real sushi roll. Service was exceptionally slow especially for there being only a few people in the restaurant. $1 tap beers were about the only exceptional part of our visit
