“The food was good as always. The process to get it was frustrating, to say the least. It was a drive-thru order. I was told that for teriyaki chicken, there would be a 10-minute wait. Absolutely no issue with that, I pulled around to the handicapped parking as requested. After 12 minutes had passed, I grew slightly impatient and decided to walk inside to see what the hold up was. To my dismay, I saw a full bowl of teriyaki on the display ready to be served. While waiting to speak with someone, I watched 2 orders of teriyaki chicken get prepared and sent out the drive-thru window. Finally, a container that had been sitting off to the side for the whole time I was inside was pulled in front of the chicken and filled, bagged, and the kind girl who ended up grabbing it started to bring it out. It was not her doing, and she was not the manager, nor did I have time to request one at this point. I took my food (after nearly 20 minutes, 18 to be exact) I finally left. This was just unacceptable. I truly hope someone reads this and makes sure it doesn't happen again.“
“Went today for lunch, They have a new blazing Chicken something? I asked for a sample because it's NEW I've never had it. I was refused a sample and when I asked why I was told "because" The young lady taking my order didn't speak English so it was difficult to ask questions. I was served scrapings from the bottom of the rice pan it was empty, needed refilled and I was served almost a spoonful of old rice,I asked for noodles too,I don't know why but they were broken in half, stuck together and dried out,The weirdest experience at a panda I have ever had. I spent 30$ even after rounding up for a donation. I ended up with fiery chicken that wasn't fiery at all. I wasn't offered any sauces for the "Food" I was served I mean talk about doing the minimum, nothing was offered I had to ask for everything and was given 1 pack of soy sauce for 2 entrees. Do better. I have eaten here many times but never have I had this type of experience. There was also a large Hand Held Masher? It appeared to look like a handheld potato masher it was large industrial sized laying on the ground PROPPING THE SIDE DOOR OPEN, I tripped over it coming in. Why is there food preparation utensils on the ground as a door prop? I pointed it out to an employee who was in the dining room, apparently she's the manager, because she said she would move it after she CONDUCTED AN INTERVIEW. What's really going on here?“
“Great place to stop and get some good orange chicken! I've been to many Panda Express' in the past few years and this one lives up to all my expectations plus some. The workers were gery nice and helpful and even complimented me on what I was wearing. 10/10 would come again.“
“Jamila (JJ) made this experience great! It was the busy dinner time rush and while waiting in line I saw her go above and beyond for every single customer no matter what she snag was she overcame it. She was also very friendly and personable when I chatted with her for a bit, while she was still helping me get my order nonetheless. She really made my experience here all that much more better even after a rough day at work. She definitely needs some recognition for her friendly demeanor and hard working attitude.“
“This was my first time at panda, because of this I wasn’t sure what I would want to order. So I asked the person who took my order if they could recommend and I was not disappointed, Emily was so sweet and explained very well what was good and in the food I was ordering to make sure I would like it and I definitely did. She made my experience a great first impression of panda“
