By far the worst vegetables I’ve ever had with my food at a Panda. Very disappointing. The broccoli was undercooked and turning yellow. The crunch of supposedly steamed broccoli combined with the rotting taste made me unable to eat half my meal.

If i could rate 0 stars i most definitely would. Very rude employees. Messed up my order because they got it ready several HOURS before it was even supposed to be ready then dont give me my money back and i came all the way back down there in person and was refused by the staff for a meal or refund. What the hell kind of business are you running because that is THEFT. I will be reaching out to District Management for a nice talk.

Not only was the cashier today rude after ignoring me when she asked me a question about my order and I asked her to repeat herself she ignored me and went to the next customer and end up charging me the wrong price and got frantic about it like it was my fault I ask you to repeat yourself before charging my card and you ignored me any way and gave me the wrong food lose the attitude treat everyone regardless of race size gender the same do better

I went to the panda in the mall and waited forever all for my food to be wrong when I got home. And the customers beside us for rude to the employees.

I ordered Beijing beef but it was like I got chewing gum. I often go to Panda Express, but this by far is the one with WORST FOOD!

Terrible experience yet again. Previous visit took well over 30 minutes to prepare and get to me. The employee working at the time even acknowledged the long wait time and gave me 2 free entree coupons as compensation. Today I went to try and redeem said coupons only to have senior employee working act as if I had stolen the coupons and would only let me use one because the expiration date (which I saw crossed out by the employee who gave it to me) wasn't valid. Seems this location has really gone down hill. I suggest visiting a standalone restaurant if you really want it. I definitely won't be returning here again.
