Ordered walnut shrimp got home had orange chicken. Called the store and they argued with me that I ordered orange chicken and they would do nothing to correct the issue. So warning to all check your drive up order before you leave!!! I will not be back.

The food is good, as always, but they made TWO mistakes with my order. They gave me sweet and sour sauce instead of the soy sauce I specifically requested and they only gave me 3 of 12 cheese wontons. Disappointing, but mistakes happen. We're all human.

I will never eat at this location again. I just threw up what appears to be my entire dinner. When I called to inform the staff of what happened, the woman not only didn't apologize, but she tried to argue with me that they "cook their food at high temperatures," so it couldn't have possibly been their food that made me sick. What an idiot. Obviously every restaurant cooks their food at "high temperatures." I don't understand how that would prove or disprove anything. She stated more than once that she hadn't received any other complaints, and suggested that it was something else I ate that made me sick. I told her Panda Express was the only thing I ate today. She continued to argue. I told her she will receive other complaints, and hung up, exasperated. A large part of Fort Wayne lost power today, and I noticed their menu was not illuminated. I'm wondering if maybe they lost refrigeration. This chain always kind of sucked anyway. I only ever went there when I didn't feel like getting out of my vehicle to eat at a real restaurant.

I come to this location because its the closest to my home. Every time I come in the staff is unfriendly and not attentive but this last time cuts it for me. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp and was server cold severely undercooked shrimp. The last time I came to this location I got severely ill to where I had to go to the emergency room. This location needs to have a health inspection since they are serving FOOD POISONING to their customers. Please for the safety of yourself and your family do not go to this location. As well as a horrible experience !

The sweet and fire chicken, teriyaki chicken,Beijing beef, and beef and broccoli is so delicious here with brown and white rice!I mostly order through the app and pick up with ease, the family meal is such a great deal for the price and feeds my family of 4.Also the wait time is usually very fast and the food is always fresh and good!Ｏ(≧∇≦)Ｏ

The food is always amazing ?!!! This is my favorite place to eat ?? But, the service is not good. They intentionally make you wait to cash out or to even start your order. They can be rude AF! The tables are always dirty, so you have to clean them yourself before you sit.Other than these things this is the nest American-Chinese food! I could eat it every day!
