Went today for lunch, They have a new blazing Chicken something? I asked for a sample because it's NEW I've never had it. I was refused a sample and when I asked why I was told "because" The young lady taking my order didn't speak English so it was difficult to ask questions. I was served scrapings from the bottom of the rice pan it was empty,needed refilled and I was served almost a spoonful of old rice,I asked for noodles too,I don't know why...

Went in to get a takeout order. A few staff members were mehish about helping at first, and then one gentleman from the kitchen crew stepped up and gave me my order and said to have a good day.

I don't know if it's just this location or all locations, but they no longer cut their teriyaki chicken anymore. The switch to sauce packets for teriyaki sauce a couple of years ago was also a big step down for me. Quality and service no longer seem to matter, even as prices skyrocket. If this is progress, let's go backward.
