I love panda and hope it was a one time thing but I ordered the plate and the amount I got was more like 2 sides and 1 entree instead of 2 entrees and 1 side

FINALLY….after 2 weeks of every Panda in Fort Wayne being out of String Bean Chicken this place had some and it was delicious both days I went and had the most pleasant employees out of all Fort Wayne locations.
This was my first time at panda, because of this I wasn’t sure what I would want to order. So I asked the person who took my order if they could recommend and I was not disappointed, Emily was so sweet and explained very well what was good and in the food I was ordering to make sure I would like it and I definitely did. She made my experience a great first impression of panda

Ordered ahead online and my food was ready 5 minutes early from that scheduled time. Was greeted and thanked at the pickup door when I entered. Food was all correct and still warm when I got home! For a place that just opened, I would say things seem to be going good. For those who have complaints about things not being correct on their order need to be understanding that it is still quick bite food and a new place is going to need time to get things in order as well as get their staff completely trained. I have no complaints on my end and am happy I gave this new building a try! Hope to enjoy their food more in the future!
Vegetarian options: Not to many to choose from, but there is at least something if you get stuck having to eat there.
Parking: Good amount of parking spaces for everyone, including curbside/mobile order parking spots.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of tables to sit with the entire family and cute boxes for meals to come in!
Wheelchair accessibility: A few handicap parking spots and sidewalk accessibility.

Went though the drive through. Got home, and my order was wrong. Ordered a side of cream cheese rangoons, not in the bag. Ordered beef with broccoli and ended up with string bean chicken. Being fast does you no good when you are not making sure you are giving people the right food.

This location just opened up off of maysville road. I had my first supper there last night and it did not disappoint. The classic fried rice with orange and teriyaki chicken was amazing. Even with it being busy and several cars in the drive through line I only waited for about 3-5 minutes. Needless to say they definitely have earned my future business.
