Nice new restaurant. When we arrived most of the pans of food were nearly empty. And that's what we were served. Both items on our two entree meals were stone cold. I complained and they did bring us out fresh hot food, but we had to wait. But what we were originally served should have been thrown out... not given to us. I don't believe we will be returning to Panda Express.

Payed $37 for 3 plates, lo mein, beef and broccoli and walnut shrimp. I atleast expected more than 3 shrimp on my plate, the portions were insanely small, not worth it GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!!

Pulled up to the drive through to pick up my mobile order, the worker told me to pull around and with till I get a text, after waiting 10 minutes I walked in to find my order waiting for me, never got the text message.

I was disappointed to discover that most of their entrees have the same sweet sauce base. I prefer a savory meal, but the pepper chicken had a harsh aftertaste, and the sirloin was sparse and had little taste. I do enjoy all Asian food, and we get around to many of the various restaurants in the city. I thought PE would be the place for a quick, tasty meal but I won't go unless my husband has his heart set on it. I will say that I was ok with the hot orange chicken, but I wouldn't get it often.

This was a clean and nicely decorated Panda Express. The friendly manager offered samples and told me that if I was a rewards member, I should scan the QR code from the app for rewards credit.

Emily is great! I went in to grab lunch on my break yesterday and the little things she does and says, even within the three minute interaction, made my day a million times better! There was another girl that was just as great but I didn’t look at her name tag 🥺 Top notch customer service is hard to come by anymore. I’m a customer service manager and those few minutes on my lunch break meant a lot to me! The food was delicious also!

Ordered in drive through and was told to pull ahead and they’d bring it out. I was the 5th car waiting for food. One more car joined. After 10 minutes one employee came out carrying ALL 6 orders. I’d hate to think how long the first car pulled forward had to wait for the 6th car’s food to be ready. After all that, my order was wrong so I had to go into the restaurant and have them fix it. I hope this location gets things straightened out soon. Panda is one of my favorites, but not from this location.
Addition: Against my better judgement I did a mobile order for pickup at this location. I arrived at the exact time the app said the order would be ready. I was told to “come back in 10 minutes”. They didn’t say “pull forward and we’ll bring it to you” or “sorry”, just “come back later”. What is up with their drive through customer service? Also, why does it take this location 25 minutes total (ordered ahead 15 minutes, waited 10 minutes) to make my fast food meal? Very strange. I’m sure someone inside wouldn’t have to wait like that.

We ordered on the online app as we were pulling in to the parking lot, it took them 30 minutes to make our food and a very slow night while we watched dozens of cars pull into the parking lot and pull out with their food
