It is ridiculous that online this location has a 10:00pm closing time... but when my husband arrived at 9:50pm to place a small pick up order (after a 12 hour shift at the hospital) the door is locked and someone was sitting in the drive thru, but wouldn't answer when he pulled up. If you are going to advertise a 10pm closing time, THEN CLOSE AT TEN. It is so misleading for someone like my husband, who is looking forward to a meal, to drive 10 mins out of his way only to be disappointed. This happened the evening of August 6th. We love Panera and usually love this location, but will no longer be supporting for this reason. It is simple– advertise an earlier closing time so your employees can get out at ten, and then you don't mislead customers. It really is rocket science, huh!

$14 for a you pick 2 that came with a bland sandwich and watery, flavorless cheddar broccoli soup is beyond outrageous. Admittedly I have not been here in a while but the price has skyrocketed and the quality plummeted. The bread was good I guess…not that that’s anything special to compliment, but there’s better cheddar broccoli soup at fresh thyme 5 feet away and it’s 5.50 for a much larger portion. I suggest that. Won’t be back for sure.

Food was disappointing for what I paid for $20 for crap. I arrived to my IV appointment that takes 3-5 hours, hoping to enjoy my lunch sandwich and soup. . .there’s no spoon! I specific asked the drive thru gal if there was one in the bag and she said yes. When ordering soup or any side why wouldn’t there be a spoon? Also my Caprese sandwich was a joke. I will upload what the sandwich is suppose to look like then what I paid for (your better off now days going to a sit down for what it cost for fast food, insane) employees and employers need to start caring about customers like how they once did because at the end of the day it’s up to the customer on where they want to spend there money. The attitude of anything goes needs to change for the better.

I love Panera, but the sad thing is they got rid of their chocolate chip bagles!!!!!!!!!they brought back blueberry but chocolate chip is no more. 😥
Needs to be cleaned. Just looks so dirty pretty much everywhere. The staff is nice though.

I gave service 5 stars because there was only one person taking orders, getting baked goods etc and he was doing the best he could. That said, this place is a dump, dirty and nasty. My sandwich was a joke. They should either make them like the advertised picture or take the picture down. Sadly, this is both Paneras in Fort Wayne. Hire some staff, train them well and pay them a living wage or you are going the way of all the other crappy fast food restaurants in America. I won’t be back.
Drive through experience was good from a service aspect. My order was read back correctly however what was in the bag and on my receipt weren't the same. Or what I asked for. I ordered a pick 2 and recieved the wrong soup, no croutons and an unwanted baguette I didn't ask for.
