I placed an online order at the Panera on Dupont and waited about 20 minutes, which I understand can happen during busy times. However, when I asked the cashier, Lennox, about my order, their response was abrupt and unhelpful—they simply told me it was “around the wall.” After waiting a bit longer, I approached the counter again and was met with a rude “What do you need?” When I explained I was still waiting for my order, Lennox walked away without further assistance.

Thankfully, Becky, who was managing the drive-thru, overheard and immediately stepped in. She quickly put my order together and made sure I received it right away, even though it wasn’t her area. I really appreciated Becky’s professionalism and willingness to help—she understood the importance of good customer service.

I recommend additional training for Lennox on customer interaction and communication. Becky deserves recognition for going above and beyond.

No coffee they wouldn’t refill the coffee after I asked them. My bagel came out cold and uncooked then i asked them and it was somehow still cold plus it was old and chewy and they were rude to me for no reason about it. terrible service i spent all that money to not even get a coffee or food that was even edible.

I tried the Strawberry Caprese salad and there was a total of six strawberries cut in half and no pecans. The dressing had very little taste. My daughter had the Fuji Chicken Apple salad and enjoyed it. Service was great but the dining area was not very clean at all. Lots of dirty tables and carpet.

Went through drive-Thu, asked questions no response, had to turn around and come back and go in because they didn’t hear me order a bagel (wasn’t charged) time was still wasted. Mentioned it when I came in and no one apologized stood there for 15 minutes after ordering just a bagel with no toppings before the girl working the front told me that pick up was in the other room. Quick panara run took 40 minutes.
