Well I get there 5 min before the time it said it would be done. So I sit in my car about 8-10mins finishing up some things. I walk in and there is literally 9 people waiting around. A lot were door dashers or alike, cool I'm fine sitting here still doing some things not in a rush at all. 13 minutes later they call me up, I watched the boxes get put in the ready spot so my brain is like ummm fresh out of the oven. Cashier was short and unengaging. Cool I'll save my tip then. Get out to my car, start, pull away and grab a slice of the pizza when I hit the first stop light. Pizza is little past room temp. Granite my car had been driving heat kicking for the past 3 hours, and left it run while I went into get the other. No biggie I can't eat scorching hot anything. Get home and open the bread sticks and they are the exact opposite, I couldn't even chew the end 2 inches of any piece. Second bad experience at this one so I'll rotate to another place.

This has to be the worst papa johns in this city. Delivery driver was super nice however, the large pizza was about 2 1/2 crust and all the cheese and topping would fill a small. I have had multiple bad experiences with this establishment and this is the last money they'll ever get from me. $15 for this????!!! Send me a free pizza. I won't even order it.

I ordered twice tonight due to the first order looking unappealing! I tried to call and no one answered, so I just went ahead and placed another order.....only for my second order to come looking worse than the first!

This is most likely the worst papa johns in town. The employees seem like they’re having fun which is nice until you order a large pizza and get one with the toppings covering only a 3rd of the pie and most of it being burnt crust. Been this way for years, they don’t care. Not ordering at this location ever again.

When you walk in you cant hear anything over their music so loud you can hear it before you open the door and the music was very inappropriate, all of them arguing throwing boxes on the floor and smoking vapes blowing it in the work area contaminating pizza, and they did not even cut half of my pizza. This was on 12/17/24 around 11 a.m.

Seriously wings are not cheap, these are the driest looking Tyson chicken nuggets you could get, I could have made these at home with frozen nuggets and hot sauce better then this.

Door dash absolutely sucked and never showed up with my order so I went in to the restaurant. The lady there was so amazing. She was understaffed and training and having many issues with door dash drivers. She refunded my order and remade it fresh for us. Really appreciate her kindness!

this was supposed to be a 5 topping, thin crust, extra crispy (see "zwieback") pizza for which I selected: 1. ground beef 2. extra ground beef, 3. Philly steak meat, 4. extra Philly steak meat, 5. chicken in my opinion this looks like a 2 to 3 topping pizza at best. i'm a carnivore who sometimes consumes a little breading or veggies, not a bread-etarian who sometimes consumes a little meat. you can't trust anyone to do a job right. always check your food before you leave a store OR PAY FOR IT, because they're all stingy and won't like giving your money back once they have it.

I hadn't eaten Papa John's Pizza in quite awhile. It was a little dry butt toppings were great and it fed 3 of us. Very friendly staff

I try this location occasionally and more times than not, I get a nasty pizza. My most recent order was an x-large pizza that was paper thin and had so much grease that it soaked through the box and the pizza itself was soggy. I'd try a different location since the Goshen store is so inconsistent.
