Ugh, what a frustrating experience! I called to complain about my pizza order because it looked unappetizing and was cut to shreds... and the manager didn't seem to get it! She hesitated, saying she didn't understand how there were bubbles in the pizza or how it looked bad . Because the GM made my pizza (um, what?!). She said she will send a new pizza out but at this point, I told her she can have this pizza back when they deliver a new one so she can see I’m not lying , But I end up calling back telling her never mind because I’m not waiting 40 minutes for a pizza. This is supposed to be a large pizza… won’t be ordering from here again.

I was hosting a pizza party for the library kiddos so I needed a bunch of pizzas. I will say the manager was amazing with finding the best deals and making sure everything was ready when I needed it. We all were extremely grateful. I'm so sad that I didn't catch her name, she DESERVES a shout

Had placed my order online which didn’t work so called it in called three times for them to deliver my order and still didn’t have it so I placed my order with Pizza Hut. Very poor.

I called to use a quality guaranteed order, because the last time I ordered they forgot my Pepsi. This time I asked for garlic cups and cheese cups, as it was apart of my original order when they forgot the Pepsi. They only provided me one of each when I always ask for 3-4 because I get more than one pizza. Seriously?? They even wrote what was needed on the box but didn’t read it.

Passed thriugh town last week, 2 girls working, one on the heavier side and one short. Waited 2 hours for food to be done and from my side it seemed like they were focused more on discussing personal life rather than their work. Also seems like employees are allowed to have dogs at work here? Pretty unsanitary to me, never will come back at this location.

Went in today (07/25/2023) when they opened at 11:00.. Order a papadilla (philly cheese steak) pizza and bbq wings.. Ordered an Uber to get home from the carry out and was given buffalo wings instead of the bbq I ordered.. Called back for over an HOUR before getting through only to be told by the order taker, 'thanking you bery much but you have to contact manager which is option FIVE for manager, not option three for order.. I can't be bothered to call the manager over, call back and use the right option.. DESPITE having been on hold for 45 minutes WAITING for said manager to answer.. When I called back and finally DID get the manager, I was told despite the 10 dollar uber ride I took home with the wrong order, the order was MADE for carry out and even though THEY made it wrong, they would not send the order to Me via delivery.. Yeah. I managed two Papa John's stores at the same time in Phoenix, from 99 into 2000.. I'd have lost My job telling a customer anything resembling those words.. They can keep My 'credit' on their books until Biden wins his next presidential election, because hell will freeze over before I EVER give this store another thought.

This used to be my number one location to have delivery from since the Pizza Hut around the corner has gone down the drain since closing its indoor dining. But having said that, this location as most reviews here show has completely gone down the drain as well. Delivery drivers turn off their tracking so they might be knocking on your door when it shows your pizza is still in the oven. Something has changed with the food over the years so the pizza no longer tastes the way it used to and usually tastes stale and burnt. It just feels like this location doesn't want your business anymore like they almost seemingly intentionally tanked it so you would stop ordering. Oh well, there's plenty of other options in the area.

Where's pizza ever!! Sausage pizza was more cheese hardly any sausage. The pepperoni and sausage pizza head like a 3in crust around the edges. I feel like we got ripped off!!

Took 3 hours for delivery to never receive the pizza - called 3 times to get replacement. On the 3rd time Chris is management asked me "are you running and hiding when the delivery guy is there?" Really... - we aren't stealing 10 dollar pizza my guy.

The pizza was extremely floppy and under cooked. The garlic knots were burnt and there was no garlic sauce on them. Instead it was poured into the box which just spilled everywhere. Worst pizza place by far! Do not recommend ordering from them.
