I order from the Coldwater location. At least twice a week. That's for my home. I order for work occasionally. 2 weeks ago our order was delivered to work and it was completely wrong. We ordered 2 bowls and we got 2 pizzas and a delivery person that had no clue what I was trying to tell him. Today we did a work order. Our bowls didn't have enough toppings. In them, not to burn during the appropriate cooking time. I also set the delivery time for 4 pm. It was delivered at 3:15 very cold and burnt by the time our lunch came around. Another employee called the location, she was told that's how it was supposed to be, and that's all the toppings and then kept stating she was the manager. A manager with no customer service skills even offered to send her pictures of what our food looked like. This was the last time. I'll be getting an order for home or work.

Order for carry out just one cheese pizza and breadsticks. Got her and waited 30 minutes. Asked for a refund and they said it would just take 20 more minutes. Wait is ridiculous and everyone was dismissive. We ended up getting our pizza 40 minutes after we arrived. Ridiculous.

Ordered a lg 5 topping and a 2 liter this evening 2/2/2025. Opened the box and it's cheese and toppings all towards the middle but there's plenty of bare dough crust. Probably won't order from Papa Johns or any of it's other locations again. This seems to be a common occurrence 3rd time too many. Moving on and you should too unless you like 2 1/2 inch crust pizzas. **Edit *** just bit into it...it's barely warm and the veggie toppings are still hard from not being cooked enough. If I could give *0 stars I would.

Well, since my sister is married to the brother of one of the higher ups for the regional papa johns, I would've hoped for a better response when one of the drivers dropped our pizza, still delivered it, and then even after bringing the old pizzas up they still never gave us a refund. Now we order again, carryout obviously, we get our pizza (one pepperoni and one extra cheese) to find that the cheese pizza is missing about 10 percent of the cheese and another 10 percent of the pizza is covered in bubbled up dough. For an extra cheese pizza to only have enough cheese to cover 80 percent of what regular cheese should, that's just crappy. My 5 yr old daughter had been looking forward to that pizza all day, and you made her cry. Shame on you, on top of that, you treated me like an inconvenience during pick up and all I did was walk in and say "hi, I had an online order for josh, I maybe a few minutes early, I apologize" could've atleast said thank you have a nice day or something, customer service is dead when the service only services themselves.
They computers were down. And I got charged twice for one pizza. After this nonsense I will never order pizza from Papa John’s ever again. Because this is unprofessional and ridiculous.

This store needs to be honest up front and tell customers that if they order delivery that delivery will be handled by DoorDash. No problem with Door Dash, except the expense. A $31 pizza order came out to $47, and the driver insisted it be IN CASH. The pizza had to be sent back to the store then I went into the store to pick it up and pay for it.
