Im staying in a hotel room, so i asked if they could put in an extra box, BY CALLING THEM. They say sure. Still nothing. Now I have to throw away 2 pizzas that I cant finish because as we all know. Hotel fridges cant fit a pizza box inside it. Thanks for the waste

Have had nothing but horrible experiences EVERY time I come here. Employees are completely rude and unprofessional. Will never be coming back and it’s a shame I gave them so many chances. I have never in my life seen an establishment so poorly run. Honestly shocking, don’t believe me, see for yourself.

After paying online and tipping. I think it’s pretty crazy to ask for ANOTHER TIP at the window. Come on. Plus the blaring cuss words music in the background probably isn’t for every customer and their kids and to hear. Professionalism is gone in most fast food places. Staff was still nice though
Ordered a large pizza. Husband picked it up and when he got home i opened the box and this is what they gave us. It looks like a small or medium pizza. This isnt the first time they did this. They will just take a medium dough, try to stretch it, and make it look like a large because they think we are too stupid to tell. My husband tried mentioning it but the guy blamed it on the screens they use and my husband didnt want to argue so he just said its fine and left.

We order pizza to be delivered to our work of place and the company for got to cut the pizza into slices so we had to like rip the pizza to eat it . Pizza was good but I will go back to my original pizza place

I order from the Coldwater location. At least twice a week. That's for my home. I order for work occasionally. 2 weeks ago our order was delivered to work and it was completely wrong. We ordered 2 bowls and we got 2 pizzas and a delivery person that had no clue what I was trying to tell him. Today we did a work order. Our bowls didn't have enough toppings. In them, not to burn during the appropriate cooking time. I also set the delivery time for 4 pm. It was delivered at 3:15 very cold and burnt by the time our lunch came around. Another employee called the location, she was told that's how it was supposed to be, and that's all the toppings and then kept stating she was the manager. A manager with no customer service skills even offered to send her pictures of what our food looked like. This was the last time. I'll be getting an order for home or work.
