This pizza was so burnt, one slice wasn't nothing but burnt piece of bread.
They were was nice enough to get it remade, or get my refund back.

I had a pizza delivered at my home on saturday 5/30/25 it was terrible it was all thrown to one side of the box they did not cut it like i asked i called in an the girl that answered she act she didn't give a dam . i will never order from there again the pizza crust wasn't even done . They should have done something about it she just hanged up the phone . My order number was 0044 . SHE TRIED TO TELL ME THAT THEY WAS NOT TOLD THE WAY I WANTED IT CUT BUT SHE LIED BECAUSE IT WAS ON MY TICKET.

Got the heart pizzas. Made fresh. Great flavor. The lady was very polite.
Delicious pizza. I love their garlic butter sauce. A small container of it is included with every pizza, which I love. I have in the past bought extra containers of it; they were reasonably priced and a good size for eating one to two slices of pizza dipped in it.
Parking: No dining room. There is a place to sit while waiting.
Driver ran over mine and neighbors mail box. I spoke to the manager. She tells me to call Doordash. I didn’t order through doordash.

Why are you leaving your door locked until 11:00 and you open at 10. Once let in, I was ignored by multiple employees. Will not order from this papa johns again. Your store manager has a horrible attitude

Pizzas great, but the driver never respects no contact delivery. Few times we ordered we were super sick and put no contact, and the same driver knocks and stands there like a regular delivery. It’s an older man. Not a fan of the constant disrespect
