This place gave me food poisoning. I worked for Papa John's for 7 years as an acting GM, and I know the oven kills off everything. This means your cutters are not cleaned correctly, and if you don't care about your dishes, you don't care about your establishment In general. Also the dough was extremely blown out, which means you were using expired dough, and that's probably why I got food poisoning.

decent pizza but they never accept coupons bc their call center locks them out so the cashier can't use them therefore if you think you will get a great deal using a coupon plan on paying full price

I asked for my wings well done and they weren’t. They gave me a dipping sauce that was already opened. I tried to talk to staff about my wings and they wouldn’t correct it. He just kept insisting that my wings were already well done. I just left. It was poor service. I shouldn’t have to recook food that I paid them to prepare for me. It was an irritating experience.

If I only deal with papa John's staff then it would be a higher rating. Sadly they contract with door dash. I was wondering where the food I ordered was. Come to find out it was left on my front step. No knock, just left there for about 30 min. I try to call the store. No answer.

Where do I start ?, They are always short handed, they don’t acknowledge customer when they walk in the door. Tonight I witness all the guys working had at least a 24 inch ponytail or longer that were flopping around the food while it’s being prepared (just disgusting) for a food prep area. This was the second time I placed an order and waited in my car until the tracker said my order was ready, once inside I waited for 10 plus minutes for my order which was sitting there at least 5 minutes or more after it was ready because everyone was to busy to hand out orders. I was told the tracker thinks the oven is faster than it is, funny because I use other locations that are accurate. They take payments, cash or card then go right back to handling the food without hand washing. I would contact corporate but I don’t even think it wouldn’t make a difference because I know I’m not the first to witness these things and that they are way to comfortable doing what they are doing which indicates they don’t follow any type of protocol or hand washing guidelines. Is it that hard to simply acknowledge a customer when they walk in the door ?, especially if you know their order is not going to be ready when advised ?. Tonight I threw away $8.09 for 10 inch cheese sticks because during my drive home I was discussed by what I witnessed. I would have asked for my money back but that would have taken even more time for a refund I’m sure and ,I don’t like to make a scene. I’ll take it as a lesson learned the hard way and that I did not take a chance on becoming Ill from improper food preparation. Sorry not sorry but I call it the way I see it. I can understand being short handed but you can’t take short cuts when your handling food, I’m pretty sure some of those orders are to feed Families and that children are consuming this food that is being handled this way.

Great service. Good atmosphere garlic parm. Breadsticks were awful. Threw most of them away. Butter was pooling on he bottom breadsticks were also doughy and not totally cooked. Will not order this again.
Food quality is not there. Than I got the wrong order and management acted like it was my fault. So I won't be ordering from this ghetto place. Than also This place gives me stomach aches and diarrhea. I stick to Marcos, Pizza Hut, or Big Apples pizza now.

I've always had good pizza from this particular branch. They've also been wonderful with their customer service as well. Just recently I went in one minute before they closed and they cheerfully made me a wonderful pizza. I hadn't been paying attention and didn't realize the time when I did realize it, I apologized to them and the lady smiled and said we're here to serve you it's not a problem. I was so impressed by the way she spoke to me and with her kindness. We need more people like her.

I've gone out of my way to the Bluffton Rd and Coldwater Rd stores because these two stores were making the best pizzas Goshen Rd store is closer to where I live, but they were screwing up. When I went to pick up my carry-out, one of the delivery drivers had taken my order to deliver to someone else, I had to wait while they made another. Not sure but I think the Goshen Rd store might be closed now lack of staffing.

My half and half pizza is clearly only two slices with the correct amount of toppings. My Oreo bites were burnt. The heavy set Caucasian women in her early 30’s gave the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service in the world. To the point ill take the loss on the pizza just to not deal with her terrible attitude and lack of soft skills.Anyways, I guess I’ll be avoiding this location like the plague even tho its the closest to my home. ?️??️
