Throwing a 5-star for this Papa Johns. Have ordered from this location 3-5 times over the past 2 years (mid 2022-spring 2024). It is everything I expect Papa Johns pizza to be. Its not to be judged against certain other establishments, as it is what it is. But all the pizza Ive gotten from this location has been correct (to order), and good.

It was a late Sunday night and there was only 1 driver, consequently he was running behind. When he got out of his car he sprinted up and started on with a huge apology and gave me a free soda. As he is the main driver him and my family connect a lot so he started asking me about a recent incident and was kind throughout the small conversation. Love the guy, love the establishment, and definitely LOVE the Pizza!!!

Delivery was 30 min late so called to check status. They stated that “Joe” our driver was on his way. An hour passed so we called again (now 7pm). The manager was now on the phone and said that our driver is “leaving now”. Cancelled the order. No ownership or honestly.

It's a carry out/delivery pizza place. Usually do carry out and the order is always ready before the given time. The staff is always super friendly and the service is top notch.

I received the wrong pizza in a correctly labeled box. When I called it was a courteous response promising a correct pizza in 25 min. 45 minutes later I call to get a very rude response. She said it's not their fault since they use door dash and I was misquoted. Door dash said they got the notice at the time I called to pick it up. Not before. I placed the original order at 612pm and just received my pizza at 743 pm. This was not a new order, but correcting their mistake. An apology would have been nice. The pizza was also made wrong the second time. I ordered the new garlic cheese stuffed. I just got cheese stuffed. I won't be ordering from this store again. Poor service!

I took a chance in going to Papa Johns to order for a last minute staff meeting. My first choice stated they could not help me although I had to wait over an hour for a manager to call back to tell me they couldn’t make 10 subs for me over the next 2 hours. Raylena at Papa Johns was amazing and never doubted they’d be able to accommodate me in such short notice. She even figured out a way for me to apply coupons and I got way more food at less money than my first choice. When I went to pick up my order Raylena helped me carry my pizzas to the car! Customer service is super important to me and the gals at Papa Johns did not disappoint. Thanks for being there when I really needed you - from now on you will be my first choice!!!!Parking: Adequate
Well when you pay extra for "garlic" bread sticks you expect them to have something on them. Also maybe more than an 1/4 oz of pizza sauce. I often ask myself, why don't I go to Papa Johns anymore? Then I go... and once again, I say to myself "this is why I won't be back here for another 4 years. Save your money, eat local. I've had better pizza from little Caesars!

the service here has definitely improved in the last year . my food was amazing and the manager on duty told me to drive safe as i was coming to get my order i loved that . when i arrived i asked for plates and extra suace and she didnt even charge me . love this location .!
